I just moved into a new house and typically I just go out and replace all the locks myself. This time I decided to rekey the existing locks to a single key. On the initial call Ross from Guardian very clearly explained what rekeying entailed, required and cost. He also gave me information about replacing the locks myself so that I could compare the two options and make the best decision. I was sold on rekeying. From there Ross simply and effectively continued the clear and professional communication. What to expect with the appointment and that he would call 45 mins before arrival to confirm. When he arrived, he reviewed what he would be doing, in what order, that he would have to do the keying in his truck so as to expect round trips between truck parked outside and my home. The appointment took about 90 minutes so I appreciated that I didn't have to wonder where he was or what was going on. He tested everything and then had me verify everything worked. Flawless. I mean this was the most thoughtful and caring service I've ever received. From a normal, well mannered human being. So refreshing. I wish I had more doors to service but if ever I do I will not for a second hesitate to use Guardian.
