Kwik is as great customer service and very professional personal. They when beyond help me when I was in need when I lost my key. Just had terrible two days went to the Toyota dealers they couldn't even make one perfect key. Until I called Kwik Carlos helped me and made keys.So I went home but my car but the keys won't turn on the car because my keys needed a transmitter I called back and told them what was going on with the keys. Carlos told me that they didn't have anybody till Monday. Remind you it was Saturday but he told he would come after 3. Carlos came and did my key. The locksmith here is fantastic, and "kwik" is an understatement! I showed up at 1:22 during the locksmith's lunch break (1-1:30) and decided to wait the 8 minutes. He unlocked the door at 1:30 on the dot. I handed him a key and said I needed a duplicate. Without question or hesitation he took the key in the back, I heard some grinding noises, and out he came with two identical keys. He charged me and I was out the door by 1:33 with the original and duplicate keys. I tested the new key and it worked perfectly on the first shot. I locked myself out of the house and needed to pick up my kids. I called 3 other locksmiths before calling Kwik-Key Service. One locksmith wasn't going to be able to come out for 2+ hours. The other 2 locksmiths didn't answer the phone when I called. Fourth time's the charm. Kwik-Key Service was at my house in 20 minutes. This place is useless I went in at 3pm to get my car remote key programed the guy who checked out my key at first said he couldn't program it, after I explained to him what the issue was he said he could program my remote for $75. I was in a hurry so I asked what time they closed he mentioned to me they closed at 5:30 so I figured I could go & come back which I did when I did get back it wasn't even close to 5 & the guy that helped me out in the first place told me that his technician had left so I would have to come back the next day at 9AM when they open!!!! He could of told me that from the beginning that their technician leaves before 5 instead of making me waste my time, I clearly mentioned to the guy working there I would be back to program my remote So unprofessional, I don't recommend this place to anyone. Needed a new transponder key for my Honda. Wanted OEM so bought the key from the dealer. These are unified transponder keys which include the remote functions in the key. Total cost for the key itself, cut to fit my truck, $58. But when I checked with the shop to get the price on programming the immobilizer in the truck to the new key? $108. That's a little steep. Called around, found Kwik-Key. They charge $50-even for the same service. It took the guy maybe 5 minutes tops to hook the truck up the computer and get the key properly programmed. So my total cost to replace a broken key still came out to $108 total. No way I will ever fancy that a good deal, but compared to the alternative of $166, I'll take the Kwik Key option. He also keeps the OEM keys in stock, so I probably could have got it all done at once for the same effective price. This seems like an orderly, no-nonsense, little locksmith business with capable people there. I would go back without hesitation; just hoping I don't have to any time soon. read more

She made sure to completely make sure I was helped and even went to as far as asking for a picture that I sent to her cell phone so she could get a better view. Brought in 2 automotive keys to have them cut and I pair them myself. They did the cutting for free. Literally 3 minutes and they work perfectly. Home Depot or Lowe's refuse to cut them because they didn't want to accept liability this place does it for free with no guarantee. Honestly you can't beat business this honest and decent! I scheduled an appointment with this guy at 2PM. I drove 70 miles to my property in Lancaster to meet him. He called me at 2:15 and I missed the call. I called him back within 5 minutes and he tells me that because I didn't pick up my phone that he is not showing up to the appointment. This guy has some issues. read more

After getting the run-around from Hunter Dodge-Jeep, I came over here for help. I'd been trying, with no success, to get a key copied for my older model Jeep Cherokee. Neither Lowe's nor Home Depot could copy it because it was too old. The dealership wanted to charge $30!!!! I drove over to Kwik-Key on Ave K (less than half mile away) and I got my key copied for $3.75. Aurora was a little concerned because of the age and wear of the key, but she was happy to try. I called on a wednesday to make an appointment for Friday. Confirmed date and location. They would not give a specific time so it was set for the morning. Friday comes and they are a no show. I called to find out why. The man/owner said that right before the service guy leaves he calls to make sure someone is there. If no answers the phone when they call, they dont show up.
