I had been communicating thru text messages for 1.5 hours. After 1.5 hours, a technician never came from this company. After contacting another company, she arrived 3.0 hours later. , from the initial contact. She stated she worked for both companies.....craziness, unprofessional and unethical practices. The place is not a traditional storefront. The actual Locksmith is in a small trailer next to a very tiny house on 25th Street East in Palmdale. The home is behind the Pet Hospital (just for reference if you're in the area). The Locksmith himself is a small Hispanic man. He is very nice and very efficient. While English is obviously not his first language, he understood and communicated well in English. I had keys made, and while standing outside a small house on the side of the road isn't a traditional way for a transaction, the keys worked and the price was right. I will definitely go back when I need a locksmith again. If you need keys made, I would recommend this place. He also has a very nice business vehicle, so I imagine he can travel to you for locksmith needs. read more
