Here's a tip, make sure someone in your group has a key before leaving home! During the holiday rush, everyone in our family somehow forgot to bring the house key. So, there we were looking forlorn in our driveway on, of all days, Christmas Eve. But, fear not -- JESSE TO THE RESCUE! The phone attendant estimated Jesse would be at our house within 15 minutes, but he was there in 10. So friendly and such a professional: he introduced himself, shook everyone's hand, then got to work. In less than 5 minutes, he was able to get through the security door and the main front door. He clearly understood the importance of efficiency, especially on a holiday. It cost $60, but was a small price to pay to relieve us of our misfortune and headache. First time customer: Arrived at Desert Lock door at 4:47 PM, unaware of operational hours they closed at 4:30 PM. As I walked back to my vehicle, someone in a white van l called out to me.
