I ended up seeing the familiar sign from the road and knew I would be put at ease here. It's bit of a trick to get in here because it sits up off the main road and at a pretty weird intersection. Once you are in the lot, however, there is plenty of parking. Inside it is a nicely set up store and kind of has an easy flow. The facilities were decent, that is the one stall that was working. It was a bit awkward, I walked in and noticed the one was not working and in typical fashion has a plastic garbage bag over it. I had a choice, stay in here and wait for whomever was in there to finish, or do the bathroom dance outside until I saw them come out. Not the best thing when you really need to go. The line at the register seems to move a bit slower than I thought it would. Even though there were three people running the registers, there was no indication as to where you needed to go. The associates behind the registers weren't much help either. In hushed tones they tried to talk to you but you can't hear them over all the other noise in here.

I've got some of their breakfast sandwiches and the ones that they make themselves are pretty good. The people that work in the morning seem very nice, but most of their late night staff aren't afraid to tell you why they're in a bad mood. Tonight both myself and another customer had to wait for a clerk to finish her nightly lottery paperwork while she yelled across the store to the other clerk. Surprisingly, she wasn't asking for help, but advising her that if she made coffee, the overnight clerk would "flip out and dump it all." I saw on the menu board behind the counter that they have sweet potato fries, and if I'm ever there when they're actually making food I intend to try them.

Today, I was met by a girl who acted like my existence bothered her. Made my order and she told me to look in the cold food storage bin first. I said that I would like a hot wrap, not a cold, day old one. She begrudgingly got out the ingredients. Never asked what toppings I wanted, threw it together and put it in the warmer. What I was given was not worth the $5 I paid for. When I got back into my car, I looked through the wrap. There was no ranch on my chicken bacon RANCH, there was raw bacon on it, and the entire thing was ice cold. If the order was just messed up I wouldn't have minded, however, for the fact that I was met with such attitude and poor customer service, I was EXTREMELY unhappy!!

Inside was just as busy, it felt like it was the place to be at that moment in this town. There were people everywhere. Mostly they were standing around the area where you pick up your MTO. And none of them would move. I understand you want your MTO, but be courteous of the other customers in here. It took forever to get through the line at the register. So much indecisiveness from the customers. And they are unapologetic about it. The staff appeared to have a deadness in their eyes. Like they knew exactly what was about to happen because to them, it's Groundhog Day. Same people, same actions. Thought I would have a speedy getaway once I finished inside, but I was wrong. Basically a traffic jam in the parking lot.

I've filled up at this gas station a few times and its nothing special, What gas station really…read moreis? The reason I rate it so low is that its full-serve, which I don't like. This isn't NJ. What I find humorous is that the guy who works weekdays is nowhere to be found in the morning. I didn't realize it was a full-serve station until he walked outside one day and asked if I needed help. That's when I saw the sign by the pumps. I've filled up at least 3 times here and this guy always seemed to be in hiding. If you're a full service fan I'm sure you'd rate this place as a 1. Since I'm a self serve guy I'll give it a 2 as I prefer to pump my own gas but find it unprofessional this guy is probably taking a nap in the back in the morning.
