Inside was just as busy, it felt like it was the place to be at that moment in this town. There were people everywhere. Mostly they were standing around the area where you pick up your MTO. And none of them would move. I understand you want your MTO, but be courteous of the other customers in here. It took forever to get through the line at the register. So much indecisiveness from the customers. And they are unapologetic about it. The staff appeared to have a deadness in their eyes. Like they knew exactly what was about to happen because to them, it's Groundhog Day. Same people, same actions. Thought I would have a speedy getaway once I finished inside, but I was wrong. Basically a traffic jam in the parking lot.

It's Tuesday afternoon, I'm done with my 8 hour grind, I am almost out of gas, I'm hungry, and I am…read morein a serious hurry to get home. What to do for dinner? Well, since I am filling up my car's gas tank, why not my own tank? I pulled up to an empty fuel pump and scanned my Giant Eagle Advantage Card. Yeah, I know, lots of places have those annoying cards that you can put on your key chain and scan for points or some other incentive, but I sigh as I am asked if I wish to redeem my "fuel-perks". I LOVE fuel-perks/food perks from Giant Eagle! This is one incentive that will help me stay out of the Big Box Mart and away from Exx-obile-PB. And each gallon of gas gets me a percentage off of my overall grocery bill, as my grocery bill gets me cents off per gallon of gas. The fuel pump also asks me if I was to get a car wash (which will be added to my gasoline total on the same transaction!!!). The one time I got a car wash from GetGo I was THRILLED that you had 7 days to get the wash! You don't even have to get the wash immediately! On to the dinner I ordered. If I had to review this location on just the made-to-order food, I'd only give it a 2...MAYBE a 3. My bacon and cheese biscuit was cold and dry, and the nachos were soggy from the cheese and stuck to the top of the container they came in. At least the serving of nachos was very generous, I couldn't even finish them. The fruit smoothie I ordered was ok, but the consistency from the fruit (frozen fruit I believe) almost make me choke. At least the cookie I got was wonderfully soft and gooey!!! This is the second time in a row that I have been sorry I ordered food from the GetGo kitchen, and I don't think I'll do it again. I will continue to get my fuel from this place. It is quick and easy to get in and out. Literally, GET GOing!

What I find humorous is that the guy who works weekdays is nowhere to be found in the morning. I didn't realize it was a full-serve station until he walked outside one day and asked if I needed help. That's when I saw the sign by the pumps. I've filled up at least 3 times here and this guy always seemed to be in hiding. If you're a full service fan I'm sure you'd rate this place as a 1. Since I'm a self serve guy I'll give it a 2 as I prefer to pump my own gas but find it unprofessional this guy is probably taking a nap in the back in the morning. I opt to go to the Sunoco down the street now.

I can't say that enough. Immense advantage. They have an MTO dock, which I have found to be 100% accurate but a little slow (not horrifically slow, but just enough to aggravate). Cashiers have never had personality here, and I've been coming to this particular Getgo on and off since August 2011. Parking lot is a little tight if you're driving a dump truck, box truck, or towing; but fine for the average Joe. I'd say that anything Ford Excursion-sized or smaller shouldn't have any issues.
