The whole point of going to the car wash and paying a monthly fee is to at least get a clean windshield when you're done and if it requires a second time around then why wouldn't I be able to do that? I don't need to wash it twice in a row. The very worst part about this is not going there to help you. Have to reverse all the way out of the driveway because there's no turnaround. Completely unsafe as far as concerned.

Monthly fee of $30+ offered much higher than Delta sonic and no staff available to dry your car after. So either do it yourself and live with spots. No area to dry car so had to stop up the road to do it. Pretty clean except wheels. I do it again in a pinch though.

After getting stranded due to some car trouble the other day, we had my mom's car towed to West's based on two things: a) their reasonable labor rate and b)that they had previously helped my mom out when her car was overheating over the summer, with no expectations in return. They gained points for that so we were willing to give them our business. We're both in need of our inspections in about a month or so, so this was a test run in a way. We dropped off her car to them about an hour before they closed on Thursday evening and it was ready to go the next day. Quick and efficient service at a very reasonable rate. They didn't try to take advantage of us (let's be honest - half the time if you are a woman and dealing with a mechanic it feels like they're trying to take advantage of your assumed lack of knowledge). I will ABSOLUTELY be returning to them in April when it's time for my dreaded inspection, and I will visit their quaint little full service gas station whenever I'm in need and in the area. :)

The waiting area is your typical garage vibe. Nothing fancy just basic chairs and a tv. They were very thorough in checking all lights discovering our license plate light was out too! The front desk guy was very helpful, checking with mechanic to see what was taking a bit. We were appreciative of their service, saving us a trip to Buffalo to the dealership.

I had purchased several clutches and various parts from them over the years and they have always been very fair with pricing and had great availability. So I figured I would give them a try. They were very accommodating when it came to the drop off. I was running late and they stayed a few minutes after close to receive my transmission. I got the transmission back sooner than expected and I was very happy with the price and quality of parts. I was able to speak with the gentleman who rebuilt it (George). He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over all of the parts replaced and where he sourced them(quality is everything to me). Best local carwash…read more I am a member and have been for a year. Never a problem. Every once in awhile you get a lazy employee that does not spray as good as it needs. But hey it's cold out. I will go through again the next time I go by. Recommended. The employee does an amazing job everytime! They also humor my kids and spray at the windows when the kids knock on them. Love this place!!!
