I have quite a few conditions and she is good at managing them by ordering blood work at appropriate intervals. The blood work can be done there as they have labs on site. The nurses are quite good at that, can even get blood from me which is difficult for many! (They taught me the term for someone hard to get blood from is "hard stick" ) The office is always quite busy, but they dont massively double book like some doctors, so the wait times are not too bad, like max 20 min after scheduled time. They are quick to respond to pharmacy requests about refills which I appreciate. The front desk staff is couteous and seems to know what they are doing. The only thing is you have to check their hours when calling for appointment, as if they are not there it goes to a machined with no option to leave a message in the make an appointment options. I would recommend her.

For an older Korean gentlemen, he has consistently made time to accommodate my parents (often unreasonable) requests and does things by the book. I can appreciate that. This review, however, is for one of the office workers - Joanne. I'd imagine that any comments made about the staff being rude is due to her performance. After speaking with the office manager and other associates (all who were very delightful and helpful), I learned that Joanne has a bit of tenure at this office and perhaps as such, she feels justified in being rude to patients, not listening to questions, cutting people off, and being uncooperative, amongst other things. If you encounter Joanne and you're not a full on Korean, be prepared to be ignored and patronized by her entitled, rude, and unapologetic demeanor.

His two nurses Dayna and Star are both wonderful nurses as well who make shots not hurt, I have been coming to this Doctor for over 10 years and he never seems to age. Just found out he has yet to retire even though his age says he can. That says how much he LOVES his patients. I usually have no problem getting into see him in case of an emergency and if he cant see me he sends me off to urgent care. I dont know if he takes notes but he has one good memory and makes small talk with his patients. Everything is computerized and you can access their patient portal online and monitor your health, prescriptions and appointments.

I had the chance to see Dr. Trivedi once when Dr. H was unavailable, and I was so impressed by his bedside manner that I requested to switch to him as my gastroenterologist. However, my request was denied after Dr. H's input citing that patients can't switch doctors within the practice. Their secretary staff are at least quick to comply with sending over medical records to my new gastroenterologist or other doctor's that may need my medical summary history performed by Dr. H. If you have the option, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Trivedi. My mother sees him, and two other doctors I know absolutely adore him as well.
