I have been going to the ski shows since I was a kid, and they definitely know how to put on a good show! It's free to attend accepting donations, and they have a great viewing area and concessions. They manage to upgrade the show every year with some new act or feature, always great to see! This year we stopped by on July 4th and it was packed! Another great show with jumps, duos, trios, barefoot, etc! A great family friendly event in Tomahawk! read more

My basement has sat here for a year and still unfinished. I do not recommend them at all. Told me they'd be in charge of everything, help picking out things, ordering things etc. Well that didn't happen really. Went to Florida for several weeks. They told me it would be fine. I came home and the things they had done were wrong. I have to say, they admitted their mistakes and paid for them. And Maybe I should wait till they finally finish this project before I review but want to warn people.

My sub pump system would not function, causing my basement to flood with several inches of water . I called local service companies and they were all swamped with calls and service requests! I contacted North Star Restoration and they sent her a representative the very next day. Josh N schedule service and remove the water from the basement. I learned about environmental contamination, mold, and mildew, formation,, and restoration of my basement. They help me through the entire process ! The office manager Karissa was extremely helpful. We used this funeral home for my grandfather who died in Rhinelander. It was just OK. The business…read moreman who we dealt with to make the plans and discuss financing was a little on the rude and aggressive side, but the funeral directors seemed nice. I thought the makeup they put on my grandfather looked too orange and unnatural. The funeral home seemed small, and they didn't have a lot of space for serving lunch, etc. compared to other funeral homes we've used. We went elsewhere for the meal following the service. We attended the Christmas memorial service. It was nice, but we were a little offended by the funeral director saying that people are usually quite emotional at the funeral service and when they aren't, "We have to wonder what might have been going on." What?? Just because a wife doesn't cry publicly when her husband dies doesn't mean there was "something going on." People experience grief differently. Who are they to judge? I personally wouldn't use this funeral home again.
