I got the mint scented pedicure, which was very relaxing. The ambiance of the nail salon was amazing...so inviting. I love my pedicure (but I'm not posting my toes)!! The checkout was easy. I told the receptionist what I had, but she already knew. Very efficient process! Oh and they take cash tips FYI. Check them out!

This is my third time here, and honestly, this was probably my best experience so far! I'm not sure…read moreif they read my previous review or if it was simply because they were less busy, but they actually cleaned my cuticles during the manicure this time!! I also really love how efficient their process is. They remove my polish, have me soak my fingers while they work on my pedicure, and then finish up with the manicure. It makes the whole appointment flow really smoothly without feeling like I'm sitting around waiting. Just a heads up: they only accept cash for tipping. However, some of the nail techs have a QR code for Venmo/Cash App, so I was able to use that instead. There's also an ATM in the salon if you prefer to get cash. The salon also seemed cleaner this time, which I appreciated. I think I'm going to start trying to come when they're less busy. I usually go on weekends, but this time I went during a weekday and had a much more pleasant experience overall. Still not a 5 because of the priceyness.

Update: I called on my way home from the shop, they told me to come back, but did mention that…read moreFridays are a busy day for them, but they would get me in, and would treat me like a "walk-in". I called about 45 min before coming in, and was quickly shuffled back to the same girl who did my nails the first time. I don't have any issues with her, but I did ask to be seen by someone else- this was ignored (or maybe they didn't hear me). I did down at the stable and the original girl feverishly starts filing my nails down. Now they are paper thin, which is what I didn't want. She returned back to other client and continued to work. As I sat there for a good 45-60 min, I watched other girls come in and were seated nearly right away. During my wait, my niece had a full set put on. I went to the gal who did her nails, the same gal with whom I had spoken on the phone with earlier, and she told me my only option was to get in line with my original nail tech. I asked for a refund, and was told no. She eventually gave in and did some filing and painted them clear (I will say for whatever reason she started to paint my blue nails white?‍) The following day, I chipped my paper thin thumb nail on a door, despite being told that the "thinness didn't make them more brittle".
