I made an appointment online a couple days ahead and arrived a few minutes early. Christina spent several minutes asking about how I wanted my hair cut, checked how it was cut last time, looked at a couple pictures I brought, shared exactly what she'd do, and she cut it perfectly. She was friendly, happy, personable, and it was clear she really enjoys working here, and told me that as well, nice to hear. As others said, they only take cash, which was fine and I knew it up front, and they have an ATM on site if you need it. My first experience here was great and I'll definitely go back.

The salon is straight out of the movie Steel Magnolias, the hairstylists all have super dated 80's hair (should have been the first red flag) are very unprofessional and talk to each other instead of their clients. If you are a 80+ yr old woman that just needs your weekly hair curling, and doesn't need a stylist that keeps up on their training, you're probably good to come here, otherwise, do yourself a giant favor & book anywhere else! Lucked out & found an AMAZING stylist in Suffolk at Salon on Pointe that was actually horrified at whatever this mess was. Best $$ I've ever spent to have this fixed!

My 6 yr old son and I walked in at 6:20pm Saturday Nov 5th no customers waiting nor in the barber's chair. 1 stylist and 1 barber working. We were asked if we had an appointment, no we did not. Then awkwardness...they told us closing is at 6:30pm (Shop Door and website reads 7PM)? Me in disbelief, I politely exited the shop took my son to the car walked back in and asked if my son could at least get a cut. The stylist said the barber had somewhere to be, the barber looking at his phone stated he is waiting on a client (with appointment that is late)? CLASS-LESS and UNPROFESSIONAL. "Walk-ins are welcomed but you can reserve a seat" according to their website.

I got the mint scented pedicure, which was very relaxing. The ambiance of the nail salon was amazing...so inviting. I love my pedicure (but I'm not posting my toes)!! The checkout was easy. I told the receptionist what I had, but she already knew. Very efficient process! Oh and they take cash tips FYI. Check them out!
