Unfortunately my father in law was in a car accident and we were in need of a law firm. My father in law was nervous and was in discomfort. I just want to say that the receptionist there is horrible at her job. A couple of times i have already called and i cant understand what she is saying first off, and second of all she doesn't let you talk. She puts you on hold for the longest time that you have to click and call back. Worst customer service ever with that girl! Before this would never happen. Other than that if i can rate everyone else in the firm is a 5+ except for that problem of the answering receptionist and the way she talks and leaves you on hold for so long. read more

These so called "administrators" aren't paralegals, nor attorneys doing the job with lack of experience, they do not do the proper investigations or gather initial evidence required after a auto accident. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went here because they represented my mother pretty well 30 years ago. Oh how much things have changed! From the receptionist, to the head Administrator, these people are rude and untrustworthy. Agustin was the person handling, or rather mis-handling, our case. Agustin failed to pick up a police report, and kept on insisting that we see "their" doctors rather than continue treatment with our own care providers. Look, I wasn't born yesterday, this seemed pretty slimy so I asked to get an appointment with the office manager to go over our case. So we set up an appointment with Emilio at 3pm and showed up about 5 minutes early. At a quarter past 3pm we were still waiting in the lobby. I reminded the receptionist that I had an appointment at 3pm and I was still waiting. After about another 5 minutes we finally saw Emilio who quickly lied to my face about the police report not being available and stating that the district attorney had it. I fired them right there on the spot and went and picked up the police report myself 20 minutes later. I'm so glad that I had time in the lobby to read some of these reviews and fired them before they could do any damage to my case. I am convinced that all of the 5 star reviews here are schill reviews because, based on what I saw, all of the 1 star reviews on here are 100% spot on. DO NOT ALLOW KUZYK to represent you!!!!!
