More Knowledge Off The Top Of Her Head Than Any Other Lawyer I've Had....Awesome!!…read moreAfter Christine branched out and started her own law firm I noticed a huge difference in the way my case was being handled. Not only were my questions finally being answered but Christine has answered all of my questions right off the top of her head. She is always on top of the current and grandfathered Workers' Comp Laws. Christine not only fought for me instead of talking me into settling so she could make a quick buck but she got the surgery I needed three times. She also fought to get me on Social Security Disability and won that case as well. Without that I would have lost my disability pension. On top of everything else she fought for me to get one of the hardest settlements there is...100% disability in both Social Security and Workers' Compensation. There is so much corruption with workers faking injuries that 100% disability is almost unheard of these days. Dealing with two different cases and insurance companies for both of my Workers' Comp claims was a struggle for me to keep up and sorted but her firm never skipped a beat. If it wasn't for Christine's vast knowledge of the current and grandfathered laws I would be living on the street now. That's how close I was to running out of money before she took over my cases. Even though both of my cases have been settled, Christine and her staff are always there for me when I need follow up surgery or if I run into problems with the insurance companies. She has always guided me for the best possible outcome without thinking twice about how it would effect her fees. If you need an outstanding attorney to handle your case I would not hesitate for a second in recommending Christine and her staff. I'm lucky to have Christine as my attorney because she is a no nonsense woman who knows the laws. Some of my family and friends would look at me and ask why I cannot work anymore because I am able to walk and sit down for an hour or so but Christine saw right through that and could tell I am in undeniable pain 24/7. If you're looking to settle a false claim to make a quick buck then go somewhere else. Christine is the real deal!

She managed to make over $13,000 for doing absolutely nothing for a friend of mine. She claimed hours for doing research that was never done. She ignored and tried to hide from her client that opposing counsel did not adhere to instructions from the court. She lied to her client and tried to conduct business behind his back. However, the absolute biggest atrocity she performed was "Forging A Document" and submitting it to the court. I've tried to report her to the BAR, but seems like they don't care.

Out of any attorney I have met or spoken to, I can tell you that Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, honest, has a realistic outlook, quick minded with the ability to see from all perspective, (which is excellent for mediating or to represent in trial, in my book). I personally love an attorney who is frank with me as opposed to being led down the "garden path" so I definitely appreciated him. He is strategic in work and only take on cases he truly believes in. He is detail oriented and quick to respond. If you're seeking someone to represent you for such an important case-- I highly recommend Jeff Holmes as your attorney.

That is what exactly happened to me. I got hit making a left turn and a kid running a red light. I injured my lower back in 2021 and the firm recommended me to have surgery. I got the surgery and from there I had more complications. The defendants insurance company would not pay and ultimately we sued them for "bad faith", as the attorneys for parris told me. They did not disclose any of the contingencies agreement and pretty much forced me to sign it. Had I known they would take 40% I would of went the opposite direction. The attorneys were so nice during the 2 years of litigation. Almost to a point I had 100 % trust. That is where they get you!! you put your trust in someone that knows the law and think that they have good intentions, but trust me when I say it is a form of deception. When I got an offer from the defendant for 987,000 I thought that i would at least walk away with more than everyone else. Mind you , I was also hesitant to take that offer and wanted to go to trial. But my attorney pretty much convinced me that this was a good deal and that going to trial would cost me more money. The attorneys used my financial hardship as a tool to get me to sign the offer. They also told me they have the best negotiating team in the country and would get my leans down at least 25 to 30 percent. That was a lie, Rawlings which is the health insurance that handles leans was only at 46%. Random people and doctors with their grubby little hands took a big chunk. I mean I do not know how much a shot cost but it sure isn't 4000 dollars. The random pharmacy charged me like 1000 and when I called them... they said that is the price of doing business!!?? whatever that means... This law firm is a joke and the only reason why they get to do what they do and get away with it is because the father of the company is some big shot DA in lancaster or something political lawyer there. stay away and do not sign with them.... oh yeah, as soon as I signed the offer, guess what: I was totally ignored and treated like a red headed step child: (no offense to the red hair people out there, its just a saying). I have contacted the bar association and even went as far as calling the firm. Guess what they said: its too late and that they could not do anything for me. wha a joke
