She has banged my hair, she has feathered, layered, ombred with two colors, balayaged, highlighted, everything. I cheated on her one time, and I cried for months. My hair is extremely stubborn and I learned my lesson that day. I even had a friend in beauty school practice highlights on me, and as stubborn as my hair is, she needed a smoke break because she was so frustrated with my head. Jaime takes her time. She takes her time, make sure the length is how I want it, and always assures me if I'm not satisfied she can change it. Not that I've ever been unhappy with anything she's done with my hair. I asked why the price was more than it normally is especially for getting the same exact thing done to my hair that I always do and was told it was because a higher educated person did my hair, but I never knew that it would cost more or even that a higher educated person was doing my hair prior to that. And on top of that wasn't even refunded half of what I had paid. Before that all happened they also made me come back three separate times because they "didn't have enough time to do my hair." They did give me 30% off for one of the times that they made that scheduling mistake which I was appreciative for. But not when it continued to happen.
