I had a bouquet of "designer's choice" flowers for 50$ sent to my mom's job for her birthday and they exceeded my expectations! The flowers were gorgeous and have lasted such a long time! The delivery was seamless as they delivered them before noon and I had just ordered the night before. Will definitely be doing this again! read more

Kutcheys Flowers - Designers choice 50$ with balloon - Florists Near Me - Key West, Florida

We received a really pretty bouquet on Valentine's Day. As it aged and we discarded certain flowers, we kept enjoying it as we trimmed and made the bouquet smaller. We still have some greens and a couple blooms left! Quite fresh! read more

Thank you for the beautiful arrangement. They did a beautiful job on funeral bouquet.

My husband picked up a bouquet for me for Valentines Day. It is the most beautiful I have ever seen-extravagant number of flowers and spectacular all white lilies. Really gorgeous. Thank you! read more

Giving two stars because it's the only place I could find that would deliver to the lower keys on same day. That being said, when it arrived I was very disappointed with the arrangement quality. The only purchase option for same day was "designer's choice" for which a hefty premium was paid, $100 + expedited delivery. Cheap flowers including carnations were provided, definitely not worth it. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I called Kutchey's after first consulting with the Island House for a recommendation for a florist. My brother and his new husband were arriving the same day at the Island House for a celebratory getaway. After a quick consultation with Kutchey's the flowers were delivered to the Island House within two hours so they were there when they arrived. The flowers were beautiful-and really well received! read more

My mother was in Key West for her birthday, which happened to fall on Labor Day this year. I wanted to send her flowers for her special day, but every place was closed. Kutchey's answered their phone even though they were closed and was kind enough to deliver flowers to my mother that day, within a couple of hours of my call. I looked like the best daughter thanks to Kutchey's and my mom was very happy. The flowers and arrangement were beautiful! Thank you!!! read more

I've been a local in Key West for 5 years and have always only ever used Kutchey's Flowers. Helen put together my wedding bouquet, corsages, boutonnières, and a table setting for the reception and I can't say enough about how beautiful they all were. Not to mention how many complaints I got on the flowers! So thank you for making my special day even better !! read more

Perfect florist in Key West!! Folks are cheerful and knowledgable. Good value for price (big plus in the Keys). They care about the flowers and make sure you get high quality flowers that will last for days (make sure to water). Always leave with a smile when I stop in!! read more

Our daughter is vacationing in Key West and it is her birthday. We wanted to order flowers and chose Kutchey's after Googling florists in Key West. We chose "Designer's Choice" for the arrangement and ordered it online. It was delivered to her hotel on the day we chose. The arrangement was beautiful! Much more than I thought it would be. My wedding decor and flowers were perfect because of Pam and Lya! They were so sweet and helpfully. My husband and I (fiancé at the time) were only able to physically to make it to key west and to the shop once before the wedding. While we were there we covered everything we needed and more down to the little details. I am OCD with details and colors so this was very important. We covered over email over the middle 7 months till the wedding perfecting everything with photos from the Internet of my final designs and more. Lya and Pam even invited me to come by the shop the day I got into town for the wedding to see my bouquet, as well as make any changes. They were there for EVERYTHING. I was always worried since I was younger that my flower/decor was not going to be what I dreamed. Lya and Pam made sure it was that and more. Myself, husband, family and friends were blown away with everything that they did. If your looking for ANY event in Key West Kutcheys is the way to go! Thank you so much Lya and Pam. You helped make our dreams come true and on our budgets too!! read more

I live out of state and I wanted to send a dozen red roses in a vase to my son and daughter in law for the birth of their first child. When I saw a picture of the flowers I was amazed. You wonder how they can make a dozen red roses look unique and absolutely gorgeous, well they knocked it out of the ball park. There were beautiful tropical greens mixed in with the roses and the vase was not your average florist shop vase. The vase was textured and quite unique. The roses themselves looked fresh and full. I am extremely happy and this will now be my go to place for flowers in Key West. Their price was less than I have paid in Delaware and the person who took my order couldn't have been nicer. Definitely a 5 star florist. read more

Kutcheys flowers smell like dirty coochie ! And look horrible never order from this place!!! Horrible rude costumer service !!!! I would not recommend this place everrrrrr!!! Trust me save your time and money.... Horrible just horrible read more

Save yourself the money and stress and DO NOT order from this florist. I ordered an arrangement from them for a birthday and received a call from Leah stating that one of the flowers in the arrangement she did not have so she would replace it with another. Aggravating to say the least, since I specifically ordered from the "Winter" section online so that there would be no issues such as this. However I expected the arrangement to come just slightly different than the one I ordered. When it was delivered I received a picture and it looked NOTHING like what I had ordered. NONE of the flowers were the same, they did not even include the same vase! I called the shop and was told I had to wait until MONDAY, 2 days away, to speak with Leah to get this resolved??? Would they tell a bride the same? Hmmm... After expressing my aggravation on their Facebook page I received a call from Leah screaming at me saying I do not know anything about flowers and that how dare I bad mouth them on Facebook. Needless to say this is a pathetic shop with TERRIBLE customer service. I asked the recipient how much they thought I paid for the flowers, they said $40 at most. I paid $75.73. I asked Leah to go pick up the flowers and refund me my money she told me it was her day off and that wasn't going to happen and then rudely hung up on me in the middle of talking. GO TO GUILDA'S, quality flowers each time and impecable customer service! read more

My daughter had her wedding in Key West a few weeks ago. Working with Helen over email from California, she was able to put together the most beautiful bouquet and boutonniere. It was exactly as we envisioned! In addition, when we arrived in Florida, just two days prior to the wedding and realized we needed an arrangement that hung right behind the ceremony, they were able to construct a fabulous backdrop! I cannot express how impressed and grateful we were to Helen and the staff at Kutchey's. They deserve five stars +. Thank you!! read more

I ordered Easter flowers on March 29 to be delivered to my 85 year old mother on March 31. I received a call from Kutchey's at noon on March 31 informing me that they could not make the delivery and were canceling my order. This florist is in the Teleflora network and should be able to make their deliveries on time or be removed from the network. I will never take a chance ordering from them again. Thanks for nothing Kutchey. read more
