This place flat out lied to me for 2 weeks, and still has not shipped me 3 weeks later. They post ads...Order by 2pm, ships same day or Ships in 24 to 48 hours from our Warehouse in Miami. I ordered online on Wed March 18. I was looking at a Padel Racket in the 2026 Nox Line and I reside in Miami, so I thought I could have this item in hand in just a few days. On Sat March 21st, I send in a note asking why my order has not shipped. The response: "According to our shipping policy, delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days depending on the destination. Your order is currently within the normal processing and delivery timeframe, so there is no cause for concern at this stage." After two weeks of insisting everything was fine; On the evening of April 1st, they finally come clean and say it's due to a fraud risk alert generated by shopify. They ask for additional personal information to verify my billing address and that I am the credit card holder. I comply with the requested information that night. Then, more nothingness. They took that data from me and as of posting on April 7th, I have still not been shipped. I would have had more respect for them if they just cancelled my order outright from the start. Is the whole thing just a scam??? I'd give my business elsewhere.

(received charge backs from both from my Bank). Both UBC and Erick's took my $600 deposit (UBC) and 3K+ (Erik's).... yet neither merchant had the Specialized Roubaix SL8 I ordered and paid for in their inventory. After calls and calls to follow up on the status, both UBC and Erik's dodged/deflected/gaslit me. Why? I have inroads with the FTC. My theory is that both Erik's and UBC potentially used my payment (amongst other consumers) as interest free loans to boost/float their short-term capital/liquidity to pay off their creditors b/c of their razor thin margins. This is illegal per FTC's rules and regs. This made me sick to my stomach. Good news: Hit the batch - secured my Roubaix, it's now in my hands. THANK YOU MACK. Honesty and integrity - highly recommend. Hell of a bike can't wait to uplevel from my hybrid (14 mph on 20 mi ride to 16 mph) LFG!

I was able to secure the new teamdream and cannondale caad14 in a size 56 from Mack's cycle shop in Miami. Darien was a super sweetheart on the phone so no love lost there, so I put down my deposit and was called this morning to let me know the bike is no longer going to be sold, but rather it's going to be used as part of a fundraiser for "Best Buddies." Additionally, it's now listed as DOUBLE the price on their website. So it's really nuts to think that anyone in their good mind would pay $5k for an aluminum frameset. I think donating the proceeds is all good and well, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth to work with an authorized dealer who sold me a VERY limited product, only to take it back the next day. I've called all the shops listed for this bike around the country after that and they are sold out. I'm truly stunned by this behavior and I hope that whatever good intention y'all had is met with karma on your end.

Now I will say they are extremely nice and knowledgeable... But it's just too much. It makes us not want to even walk in the store. We really have to discuss it ahead of time because we can't shop without an employee hovering and listening to us converse amongst ourselves and literally making a comment on every single thing that we either say or touch. I understand the sales people make commission. They make that blatantly obvious. But it just reeks of desperation. They really need to just let people shop and leave them alone. It is such a small store and they don't even let you breathe. I would honestly rather just buy it online than have to deal with the customer experience in the store. Again, the employees are very nice, but just too pushy. I wish they would just stand back and let us shop uninterrupted. I am still trying to find a nice way to tell them to please not talk to us and let us look around. And that if we have any questions we will ask.

I had passed by this place a couple of times, saw cute gift boxes and jewelry in the window and…read morenoticed they carried Sugarfina candies. I popped in to grab a gift. I made my selections and commented on how cute the gift boxes were multiple times. When I checked out the woman wrapped each item in tissue paper, after I noticed, I said I wanted them to be gift wrapped in the adorable boxes. She said it was $3 and rang it up, took it out of the plastic and placed it in another bag. Another woman working there was ringing up someone else and told the woman to place the items in the box, so she did. The person helping me was obviously new and in training, which I am totally understanding of! However, for a small space, 2 different women working, I didn't enjoy being followed around and have more then 2 suggestions pushed on to me. It was more like 12 things suggested and I was looking for a small/medium gift with 4-5 items in it. The shop itself is beautifully set up and everything inside is gorgeous! It is a bit on the pricy side. I did think it was a little tacky to change for a box when buying $65 worth of candles, choc ect.
