The staff was helpful and while they had what I needed it would have been nice to have a little more size options. I ended up purchasing shorts but was a little concerned about the size. I asked the girl about the refund policy and she told me if I come back with the receipt it wouldn't be an issue. I did have to come back & exchange them and I had no issues. I ended picking up a few more items (a couple soccers balls and some other apparel for my son). I found the staff to be nice and helpful. I liked the shoes selection and will definitely go back to grab some shoes shortly.

On October 7th/2020 I purchased a pair of turf Nike cleats which is not something you use everyday I got to wear them a couple of times on the second time the sole started ripping of from the bottom normally a responsable store would exchange the pair for factory warranty but no what a surprise it was when on Tuesday October 27th I walked into the store and the employee behind the counter told me that they wouldn't take responsibility for that and that I needed to contact Nike directly if I wanted to get some kind of solution. Which of course I find offensive that you paid them $80-90 for something and if 15 days later they have a factory problem it is not their product anymore.

Also had a cute pair of boots that would work with my outfit but they were out of my size. The woman helping me apologized, asked for a picture of my outfit, asked for the wedding dress code, and suggested some good alternatives in the store. I awkwardly explained those were too femme or high heeled for me to feel comfortable. She totally understood, empathized, and made me feel entirely normal and at ease with that. It was just a really nice interaction. And the options in store, for most people, looked really cute. A very good experience even though it didn't work out this time. I didn't get her name but I hope she gets recognition for being a very nice salesperson.

The store is packed with a sea of tennis racquets, apparel, shoes and other equipment to help your game. There's equipment for racquetball, squash and ping pong as well. You can even rent a ball machine! The owner, Steve is very knowledgeable and friendly. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he helped me find the perfect racquet. I am short, don't have much upper body strength but definitely have a good backhand. He showed me a few racquets and never once did he try the upsell me. I did not feel pressured into buying anything I did not want. I walked away very pleased with this purchase. Not only was I given excellent customer service but also competitive pricing. I highly recommend this store! Looking forward to using my new tennis racquet :-D Once again, Thank You Steve!!!
