We had a relatively complex estate with a diversity of assets located in many states. We found the Estate Planning & Elder Law Center of Brevard online with excellent reviews. To that end we made an appointment and met with Cassidy and Robin Petersen. What we liked about these two professionals is that they were great listeners. My wife and I had children from our marriage as well as children from previous marriages adding some complexity to our own planning process. We also had different ideas, concerns and objectives with living wills and health care power of attorneys. We had multiple meetings with worked through lots of issues and got this important process done. As a former CPA, COO and President of a Private Equity firm I have worked with countless tax and law professionals in my career. As such I have seen great, good and not so good tax and law professionals. Cassidy and Robin are real pros! My wife and I both now feel extremely confident that if something happened to either one of us or worse both of us we have a great estate plan in place and two awesome people who would be there to help my wife or I or our children get through a difficult time. My Realtor gave me the contact of an Attorney who works with clients in her office, named Jonathan Lack. Mr. Lack told me this tenant situation was beyond his scope of practice and referred me to Charles Kohler. I called Mr. Kohler that same day and left him a voice message with basic information about my needs. Mr. Kohler called me back within 2 hours. He asked me to explain more information about what was going on with the tenant. He listened to everything I said, without interrupting me, and then gave me all of my options and how he could help me with them. I decided to start with a certified letter to the tenants from Mr. Kohler. After the tenants non response , I called Mr. Kohler for more advise, and HE ANSWERED my call !! He explained more options about the next steps to take. I ended up having to call Mr. Kohler a few more times ( HE ANSWERED each time ! ) and he wrote a second letter to the tenants. Mr. Kohler only charged me for the Letters that he sent certified to the tenants' and never charged me for the time he took to speak with me on the phone. ( I was always very detailed and brief with my information on the phone to him. So maybe he appreciated that. ) In any event, attorneys usually charge for phone calls and other. And the fees for his letters were extremely reasonable and well worth it !!!!! My tenants' are no longer residing on my property. And Mr. Kohler told me to call him anytime if I need to or if I have any more threats from the tenants'.

I gave him all pertinent information in regards to my case which he did not submit any of it on my behalf .He did no research on my ex-husband and turns out my Ex husband had a previous injunction, which would've applied to my case if he would do his homework or even cared at all. He did zero forensic accounting and never went through his books that he provided. He made a fool of me in court, and even the judge said so based on his lack of information and no knowledge and unpreparedness of the case. I could've made this a generated AI response but I didn't. This is coming from my heart and soul. This man charged me a lot of money to make a fool of me in court with no outcome. I fired him at the court house and I had to then start over with a new lawyer. He does not support women and children. I wish I would've known going in. He was part of the good old boys club supporting men. He took my money and did nothing. Feinberg does not prepare for a hearing. He then tells the judge that he will work it out with opposing counsel, because he failed to prepare. Do Not Give Him A Dime--- you will regret it.
