Me and my husband have repeatedly tried to contact the office with questions and they refused to answer any even though I am listing as one of the POA on their estate documents. They said they had to speak to my mother directly and I asked if I could be on the call because my Mom gets mixed up and doesn't remember information. Several of the names on their trust were miss-spelled and the person on the phone said it was "not a big deal" even after I stressed it was a legal document.

They immediately took a $5000 retainer from us, we had 2 phone conferences, and some e mail communication, the day of a hearing, she was not there 5 minutes before court. We called her office to make sure she was attending, they said "she is in the stairway". She walked up to my wife and daughter and asked, "are you looking for me?" They then proceeded to court, where she was grossly unprepared to the point the judge had to ask her several question she wasn't prepared for. She told the judge she had our TPR finished and hadn't yet sent it in, then told my wife and daughter she "fudged to the judge" and that it wasn't done. After this unacceptable conduct, we decided to go elsewhere, they then informed us our retainer was "non refundable". I do not recommend her for anything whatsoever, she was really nice trying to get our $5000, then things changed. We are grandparents trying to keep our grandchildren out of a very bad situation, and she was absolutely NO HELP.
