Needless to say, when the time came, Robin Petersen could not offer his assistance, nor speak to us in person nor on the telephone to provide us options. The reason he stated was a conflict of interest because he also planned the second spouse's estate. So, we had to enlist the help of another attorney who straightened things out, but when he asked Robin Petersen for a certification of guardianship for the trust, he couldn't help us, again citing COI. Why would an attorney do that, unless he made an error and won't apologize for it? Do yourself a favor and get another attorney who won't cause you to pay twice (or more).

He doesn't care about his clients well being and only cares about the making The Almighty dollar without doing the work that's needed to support your case. I've never seen such negligence ,unpreparedness, uninvolved lawyer when in fact, I submitted tons of voice recordings, document and emails that he used none of when we went to court . He said text messages were just enough well it wasn't just enough. I gave him all pertinent information in regards to my case which he did not submit any of it on my behalf .He did no research on my ex-husband and turns out my Ex husband had a previous injunction, which would've applied to my case if he would do his homework or even cared at all. He did zero forensic accounting and never went through his books that he provided. He made a fool of me in court, and even the judge said so based on his lack of information and no knowledge and unpreparedness of the case. I could've made this a generated AI response but I didn't. This is coming from my heart and soul. This man charged me a lot of money to make a fool of me in court with no outcome. I fired him at the court house and I had to then start over with a new lawyer. He took my money and did nothing. Feinberg does not prepare for a hearing. He then tells the judge that he will work it out with opposing counsel, because he failed to prepare. Do Not Give Him A Dime--- you will regret it.
