Me and my husband have repeatedly tried to contact the office with questions and they refused to answer any even though I am listing as one of the POA on their estate documents. They said they had to speak to my mother directly and I asked if I could be on the call because my Mom gets mixed up and doesn't remember information. Several of the names on their trust were miss-spelled and the person on the phone said it was "not a big deal" even after I stressed it was a legal document.

He took my money and did nothing. Feinberg does not prepare for a hearing. He then tells the judge that he will work it out with opposing counsel, because he failed to prepare.
