This place doesnt worth 1 star just for writing the review I have to choose it. I was a paitent of doctor I think that's where I made a big mistake and when i called his office they told before giving appoitnment all I have to do is just take care of the 45 dollar copay for each visit and need not worry about additional cost coming from my insurance provider etc. My employer gave some dollars in MRA account to use for medical purpose . I noticed my MRA got washed away because Douglas fredman started charging additional money which I was told that would never happen and i wont have to pay out of my pocket. I saw for 5 to 6 visits I was charged more than 1000 dollars. I called up the front desk of his office and after so much resistance from December 2017 I was asked to provide evidence that my MRA account was charged. I followed up with my insurance provider and provided all statements and was told from December 2017 that they will write a cheque for reimbursement and I religously followed up every week and I was told concerned perons will come only on month ends etc and also sent multiple emails I didn't know that they never had the intention to pay me back and all they want is to drag and push me back every time so that I will forget this and move on. One time irina the billing person incharge told that cheque is ready for sign off which was all fake excuse to hang up on me. I lost my energy patience and called today and now they are saying they can't pay me back and they don't have the reason and if I said I want to talk to doctor they said doctor fredman said no for reimbursement. No concrete reason was provided. I am so upset because this facility foolde me , mis gudied me saying only 45 dollars per visit and charging 1000s of dollars. I am not sure who else like me have faced similar situation but please try to avoid tjis facility and there are lot of doctors in the near vicinity who will keep up their word . I've already rated Kura Chiropractic but felt compelled to again after today's amazing session. Vineeta is an amazing masseuse, and Dr. Farren figured out that I had a rib out, and did a different type of adjustment that left me feeling like a champ. A little soreness the next day, but today I'm feeling great. I'm going back Friday just to get some more muscle work done. This place has been a god send to me for about a year now. read more

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Fredman. I was recommended by a co-worker, since I've been having terrible neck issues for the last two years. I started in August of 2014, and he told me that I would feel better - but, I would need to come for at least six months...well, I have not only been feeling so much better, but all the numbness, itching, pressure, etc. (from various other treatments I have had prior to Dr. Fredman) all have dissipated over last six months. Dr. Siegel is there on Mondays and Thursday for trigger point injections - he's a great addition to this practice and his injections actually help me. Dr. Fredman's adjustments are far from "aggressive" - but, if you don't listen and consistently do the exercises or whatever else he recommends, you will not feel better. Just listen to him. He knows what he's talking about...he listens and understands your concerns. Extra treats: massage, stretching, heat treatments = all under one roof, and a special shout out to Anniquwa (spelling?) at the front desk, she's the ONLY one who can run that entire office, hands down. Dr. Fredman does not care about his patients, all he cares about is to get more money from your insurance by scheduling you for procedures you don't need. Yes, he will be nice and friendly until he figures a way to screw you. Will not return your call, will not explain what is going on with you... His pain management Team prescribed me over dosage for a narcotic drug without even warning me about serious side effects. I walked in literally not being able to move, it took me 20 minutes to go into the building, up the elevator, and into their office. The staff was incredibly warm upon arrival, and fit me in quickly as it wasn't a booked appointment. Everyone there was so nice and made me feel like I was in great hands. Dr. Fredman was very chill, but super intelligent with helping me diagnose and fix my back (lower back muscle pulled, could barely walk for 3 days). Could not have had a better experience. I used a livingsocial voucher for a massage and exam. The doctor was really nice and understood that his location was too far from where I live and work (impractical) . Even though he know I was not going to be a patient he was really nice and took the time to explain things to me. The massage was great and really cared to make sure I enjoyed my massage. read more

Dr.Farren and his staff are absolutely incredible. If you don't have insurance, don't worry, each visit is only $60 and there's no consultation. He gets right to work! I go about once a month for lower back and hip problems. Each time since the beginning, Ive gotten 15+ minutes of guided stretching and PT, 20-30 minute deep tissue massage and 10/15 minutes of electro stim. Dr.Farren does the adjustments himself and I feel taller & stronger every time I leave the office. It's seriously better than a spa day, but 1/3rd the price!!!! read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Fredman for more than 2 years. I didn't have any experience with other chiropractors so I have no comparison but I feel I am in perfect hands and I don't need to explore other options. Dr. Fredman helped reduce a variety of pain I have had: shoulder, neck, lower back, hip, etc. I had all of these without any particular injury, most likely brought on by stress, sitting all day in front of the computer, my aging body and the cold weather. One of the reasons I am looking forward to the winter is that I know I will need to see him again: he is super friendly and I appreciate that he takes the time to explain what he is doing and how things work in our bodies. I enjoy his firm but non-agressive, gently approach. Even after one treatment, I usually feel more "oiled", everything seems to work more smoothly in my body and after a few treatments, the actual pain being targeted diminishes significantly. He always listens to my body: at times he is doing different adjustments depending on which parts of my body feels particularly resistant. He is very careful not to do anything that could hurt me and I feel very safe with him. The quick medical massage, the electric stimulation with heat treatment and stretching are all part of comprehensive treatment and definitely enhances the chiropractic adjustments. I also had the pleasure to work with Nabil (one of the physical therapists) when I had a rather debilitating shoulder pain that forced me to put my yoga practice on hold - his strong hands-on work along with his suggestions for home exercises definitely helped me to get back on track much faster. (I did have experience with other physical therapists around the city in the past and Nabil definitely has been the most successful in getting good results in reducing my pain.) All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Fredman and his staff to everyone who is suffering from occasional/chronic pain or even if one just wants to feel more unrestricted in their body. read more
