I sent an email to Tim's for further information and the email was promptly answered by Mike. He suggested that I bring the car by the shop for a price quote and suggestions on what they could offer. I drove to the shop, which is located not far from Lititz and from Lancaster where I live. I was impressed by the shop which appeared to be brand new. Mike met with me and we decided on twin metallic gold pin stripes to accent my red car. Mike made an appointment for me to bring my car to have the stripes applied. On the appointed day, I arrived at the shop and they took my car into the bay to be worked on. I had a seat in their comfortable customer waiting area and took advantage of the ample seating and table space to get some of my personal work done. Shortly after, the technician came to ask me if I wanted to see what my car looked like so far. We went into the service area and I was amazed how nice my car looked. I was even more amazed how clean and spotless the work area was. They were busy working on several other cars which appeared to be in various stages of repair and modification. Truly impressive!! Not long after, the technician advised me that my car was finished. I paid my bill to the very attentive receptionist (I believe that her name is Rachel), thanked them all and I was on my way. I've gotten a lot of compliments on how great my car looks. I owe it all to Tim's Body Shop. While I am not one to give unsolicited advice to people that I don't know, I will say this: if you need any kind of repair work or cosmetic work on your vehicle, don't do anything without first checking with Tim's Body Shop. I was very impressed by their customer service. Katie & Steve were both friendly and easy to work with. One thing I appreciated was that I called on a Wednesday morning to get an update on the car. Steve told me they were still waiting on a part and wasn't sure of the timing. He then emailed me that night to confirm it would be done Thursday. On Thursday Katie called me in the morning to let me know it was in the last stages of being put back together, and then called again to confirm it was done and ready for pickup. They also washed the car for us! I also felt their prices were fair. My regular mechanic gave me a ballpark estimate on what I could expect to pay for this repair (based on what they'd seen another body shop charge). Barton's price was better than that, so I felt I paid a fair price. While I hope I never need to go to a body shop again, I would definitely go back to Barton's.

Well needless to say my children and I were all safe. it was very scary to say the least. We pulled over to gas Station in Milton PA, and called the insurance company when we seen all the damages to our vehicle we knew we couldn't travel any further in our own. So our insurance guy got us in touch with CPR Auto Center LLC. We had no clue what was what, where we were, nothing secure in getting home. I spoke with Dave and he was amazing I had no idea he was the owner but he talked with me, text me to make sure we were ok mind you it was Labor Day. No Rental place was open. Dave sent tow truck to tow our vehicle to BOSTON, MA 3 and a half hours away plus he sent a loaner rental so we could go pick up a rental car but where the insurance company thought one was opened 30 minutes away. There was no rental company in site. So we notified CPR ( Dave) and advised them we had to take the vehicle to Boston and the tow truck driver I think Chris was his name which by the way was hearing impaired and was excellent by the way. If it wasn't for these guys/ this company my children and I wouldn't have arrive home safely. Thanks so much Dave and Richard for the excellent customer service and allowing us to use your vehicle.
