We waited very long to order at the one ordering station while two other employees sat and waited for an order to come to them to make. I can't stand inefficiencies like this as they are such a simple fix. Also note, it was NOT crowded. There was one other person. We should not have waited as long as we did. I love smoothie and bowl places and will not be returning and will recommend against.
