I had been with my previous dentist for 25 years, so I was a little hesitant in trying to find a dentist who I could trust. I was recommended to Dr. Ruffatto from a retired dentist I met in the area. The first time I met Dr. Ruffatto and staff, they all were very kind, welcoming, and patient. They took time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. Through their comprehensive x-ray, Dr. Ruffatto found an area in a bond which I had had for 10 or more years that was decaying. He fixed the decay, re-bonded the tooth, and it looked better than it ever had before! Unfortunately, the bond fell out about a month later. I called his office and informed them what happened. The same day I made the phone call, actually within a couple of hours, Dr. Ruffatto fit me into his schedule and replaced the bond. He was kind enough to not charge me anything. I broke a tooth last night, and they got me in today quickly and fixed the problem. This is the…read morethird time that I have broken a tooth, and they have gotten me in quickly each time. The staff are friendly and great. They listen carefully and answer all of my questions. Dr. Haring worked on my tooth today and gave detailed advice. He told me to be careful if I was drinking something hot while I was still numb, and suggested that I touch any liquid with my finger to ensure it wasn't too hot. After all the dental work that I have had, that was the first time anyone had given me that tip. He also reminded me to be careful if I ate anything before the medication wore off, and to chew softly. I appreciated the care from everyone today.
