I've only written a couple of reviews (all of them very positive) but I have to say stay away from this practice unless you want unprofessional ism, long waits, and headaches. The first time I went to Dr. Kumar's office it was a 2 hour ordeal. My appointment was interrupted partway through first for the heating guy and second so Dr. kumar could spend 20 minutes on the phone with IT support about her computer. I decided to give her another chance since she seemed nice, knowledgeable and her practice was a 5 minute walk from my house. Even though I called 15 minutes before the appointment to see if the doctor was running on time (I was scheduled for my yearly well ness visit and told she was) I waited over an hour in the waiting room with several patients waiting before me. When I asked the receptionist about it, she was very rude and told me to say something to Dr. Kumar. I did nicely but Dr. Kumar was a little rude about it too and said all dr.s require 1-2 hours of waiting and said if I wanted to cancel my physical it was fine. I should have- It was the worst physical I ever had- I had my pulse checked and lungs, but that was about it. If I hadn't been to my ob/gyn a month earlier who was thorough And wasn't already tense for start, I would have said something. I told Dr. I had some anxiety and issues sleeping and she just said try yoga. (Which I already do). I had to come back the next day for routine bloodwork and was told no results could be given over the phone, not even if all was normal. Every doctor I've been to has either called with results or mailed them. I didn't want to come back, pay for another appt, and wait for hours to be told my cholesterol was fine. I later got a bill for 2 visits ( since dr. Has limited hours- mostly after noon I had to return for fasting bloodwork) even though it was supposed to be my yearly physical at no charge thanks to Obamacare. Dr. Billed it wrong so I called and left a message, but no one called me back. I called after receiving bill but was told I had to talk to the Dr to sort out (receptionist, Alma, was rude again). When I finally talked to Dr she blamed me for wasting her time (though I felt all her and her office did was waste mine needlessly) and she told me to keep my money and hung up. read more
