My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 , I got there at 2:30pm the office was busy. Each time they came out with a folder , I was hoping they would call my name but they didn't. After about an hour I was finally called into the exam room. I had an X-Ray done onsite., 10 mins later Dr. Gerber came into the exam room. Dr. Gerber has good bed side manner. He looked over my MRI reports that I brought to the office as well as the X-Rays. He was attentive and offered several treatment options, I didn't feel pressure to my decision. referred me to a great physical therapy place. Although my visit with Dr. Gerber went well , I would probably see him again at a different location.

I met Joe the physical therapist and he knew exactly how to treat what was botherinhg me. He'd stretch places not even close to the problem and they would directly affect the problem. I went only twice a week but over the course of a few weeks it felt better and better. Today I feel almost 100%. I'm only 43 but what I learned from what he's taught me to what I learned from doing, I'm confident going forward I'll be more careful to appreciate a pain free lifestyle. PT and OT did a great job getting her up and walking with the help of a walker. It was the personal care. This is a for profit facility. They are understaffed and under paid. Nights and weekends the staff is almost non existent. My sister would spend hours in bed in soiled diapers. She developed a UTI which was diagnosed to late. I called an ambulance on May 17th 2025 because my sister was non responsive in bed. She was dehydrated, her kidneys were shutting down, her liver enzymes were elevated and she had fluid around her lungs. My sister passed on May 30th. Cause of death was pneumonia. She would have been on dialysis the rest of her life and attached to the trach again. She chose to die rather than go back to that facility. God I miss my sister.
