Starting with the service, It did take me a couple weeks to get a personal trainer but they did end up reaching back to me and now I work with a trainer. They have multiple there and although I have not met everyone, the ones I have are very nice. One drawback is it's kind of difficult to cancel the membership, you have to go in person and talk to someone about it. The quality of the machines are normal, it's definitely a cardio focused area but there are plenty of strength machines and a good amount of free weights. They also have nice locker rooms, showers, and restrooms! The atmosphere is more calm and mind your business on the slower hours but during busier hours less calm. It does seem to be busy most of the time but you can still find a machine. During rush hour it does get pretty difficult to find machines. Overall I would recommend if you need a gym!

Plus the instructors are highly unqualified and personal friends of the unethical owner (as by number of complaints in Reddit, BBB, etc). Poor ventilation and moisture issues in the locker rooms There is more to add here but trust me this place sucks!

With some encouragement, I attended a class during free week. I was nervous walking in, but was quickly greeted by very friendly members and staff. I wanted to throw up a little bit because I pushed myself pretty hard. I fully intend to become a member. If you're looking for a high intensity gym, this is the place. The instructor goes over every move after a brief warm up so you know what's coming. Then you begin a well thought out, planned workout! The equipment is laid out before you even arrive so everything is organized. This did surprise me somewhat because it is not always that way in group fitness. But everyone was kind and understanding when I made a few mistakes in the order of our circuit. You can tell everyone is on the same team. I've been in quite a few gyms over my life and this honestly is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The best part is you can drop in for a fee or buy class packages in 6 week sets, 2, 3 or 4 classes per week to get a discount. They also sometimes have free trial weeks. They have a fairly large climbing wall with a variety of difficulty levels. Pickle ball league seems very active and interesting. I have yet to try other classes but there's such an awesome variety: yoga, tai chi, boot camp, Step aerobics, etc. But I don't see enough people taking advantage of their access to all the experts who work here. For example, they have a free orientation session for all new members to familiarize patrons with the exercise equipment. A wonderful lady named Mary gives the tutorials for the weight machines and can answer any other questions you might have.
