I was so nervous for my surgery last December but Dr. Towfigh and her amazing team made it a breeze. I felt almost no pain, recovery wasn't too bad and I was back in the gym in 6 weeks. Flash forward almost a year and I was in severe stomach pain. I booked an appointment with Dr. Towfigh right away... A new hernia! I was bummed and in a lot of pain. Dr. Towfigh checked me out and found the problem and did NOT rush me back into unnecessary surgery. In fact, she told me to waiit out. Our regular Vet and an ER Vet suggested my elderly pup see a cardiologist for advancing heart disease. I was hesitant because how much longer does she really have? But I needed more info and wanted to make sure we were taking good care of her. The staff at PAC is so kind and both doctors amazing, explaining in detail what was going on with my pup's heart. No upsell which seems to be common with vets these days. The docs understood my wanting to balance quality of life and costs when she's an old dog. I feel completely comfortable with the info I learned, care plan and realistic expectations. I highly recommend this practice. My pup is in great hands. I just wish we could come here for our regular veterinary visits.

My fiancee was struck by a car a little over a year and a half ago and was recommended to go there for back and neck pain. Nothing personal against Dr. Miller, but the staff of the facility itself needs some serious help. It seems they don't know what they are doing. First, to make an appointment is a complete nightmare. You call several times, leave several messages which they may or may not return your calls. Once they do, you had better have the phone glued to your ear because if you miss the call, the process starts all over again. They may return your call the next day or the next week or two. A couple of times my fiancee asked for a return phone call and he received a call a week later confirming his appointment to come in at 6am the following day. He had no idea they had scheduled an appointment for him and had to cancel because he had never spoke to anyone. Another time he had an appointment to come in at 6am and they called him the day before and said he could come at 8am. Since we live 45 minutes away, that was actually not that bad of a compromise. However, to get the next 3 appointments was like pulling teeth. This last time we arrived at 6am but we waited an hour before they called him in. The Dr. had not arrived yet. Once he got there, he sloshed into the office, Starbucks venti something in his hand and looking as if he had just woken up concerned me a bit. Made me wonder about the credibility of this place. So we asked why did we have to come in so early, "the girl at the front desk said that they need to have time to prep". Seriously, I truly believe it was a cover for the Dr. being ridiculously late. Overall, if an insurance company, lawyer, friend or relative sends you to this place, A. good luck with getting an appointment, B. you might want to run the opposite direction, C. Expect a long wait when you arrive at the crack of dawn apparently they don't have afternoon appointments for epidural.
