Mikhail agreed to a rate of $300 for a simple shower door installation. While there, when asked if he would do additional caulking, he did not mention anything about extra charges or confirm with the homeowner that it would cost extra. Upon leaving and already collecting the $300 rate, he demanded an additional $100 for CAULKING. AND THEN HE REFUSED TO LEAVE AND SAID HE WOULD UNDO ALL THE WORK DESPITE BEING PAID THE $300. On top of that the shower was not installed correctly, and has been leaking. He didn't even check to see if his work was good, he just attempted to extort more money. Now we are stuck with a leaking shower, and we have to spend more money to fix with someone else. Edit - shower is leaking from the bottom on to the floor, the wall and the doors are irrelevant... Bad workmanship, bad attitude and behavior, will extort you for extra charges despite not confirming that charge in the first place. DO NOT HIRE OR WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. DO. NOT HIRE THIS MAN. Would leave less than 0 stars if possible. read more
