I had a vision for a wall with two arches--one that led into the dressing rooms (which were additional walls that they also installed) and another that led into a back office space and they executed it perfectly in a very short amount of time. Their team also painted the entire exterior of my store and was also happy to help with other small projects like installing a few light fixtures, mounting multiple full size mirrors, and building a custom rack for me in my back room which was extremely helpful. They also recommended an amazing floor specialist who was able to remove the paint and reseal the beautiful original cement, so their knowledge of trusted vendors is also amazing and crucial to making your entire vision come to life.  Their communication is the absolute best and all of the people they work with are beyond capable of making your vision come to life. They have also helped me with my own home--replacing the roof and redoing my fireplace. I cannot recommend them enough, you will definitely enjoy working with them. They are honest, great communicators, and do exceptional work. You can trust me because I am a perfectionist and they always are able to make exactly what I want happen.

Assaf and Ron were great, and so were all their subcontractors. They are extremely experienced and had no issues completing the work and passing each inspection the first try. We went through another service to get permits, and unfortunately it was missing an entire page. Assaf and Ron worked directly with the engineer to get the page drafted, submitted to Burbank, and magically had it approved within 2 weeks, with no disruption at all to progressing the work. They completed the work within their estimated time. They also cleaned up every day. We were both able to continue working from home through the entire process. Pricing was very reasonable for the work that was done. We got about 8 quotes and theirs came right in the middle. They gave a detailed quote and there were no surprises with the payments later. Their greatest and most appreciated skill is communication. They always picked up the phone or texted/called you back within minutes. This was our first major construction project and they answered all our million questions and had the relationships with the vendors to modify items to what we were hoping for. The carpenters also had an attitude and put in some new window sills that were cracked. They never responded to me to fix the issue. They do not guarantee their work. They don't have a good work ethic. They got black paint on my white vinyl fence and covered it up with white paint thinking I won't notice and didn't mention anything to me. I also heard one guy cursing under his breath in spanish while working. Like they had this unwillingness to work. Very unprofessional. I still have to go back and paint things that were missed after paying over $8,000. Do not recommend!

After several months of waiting for the city to approve the plans, and after we paid, the plans are WRONG and INCOMPLETE! He charged $8,000 for the plans and did not let his architect talk to us at all. During the process, Cathleen was rude and unprofessional, at one point, when I called to ask for an update, she said she was busy and calling her did not speed up the process, I said I needed updates, and she got flustered and yelled at me "this is how we do things!". I told her not to raise her voice, she told me "You need to relax." I asked to speak to Jesus and she said he was very busy and she was the person to talk to. Now we have to spend more money to re-do the plans and have wasted many months with this company. Cathleen told me she was doing us a "favor" by working with us, I should have fired them on the spot, I told her it is not a favor if you are getting paid for it. The owner is non-responsive to his rude employees, feels he can do the work when he has time, and then the work is WRONG. Incompetency at its best. After many months, and payment on wrong plans, Cathleen sent us an email stating they were very busy and could not do the work for us..... as if we would even consider continuing to work with them. They are unprofessional and shady, he wanted to charge $30,000 for asbestos work that an asbestos specialist charged $20,000 for. This is the worst experience we have had with contractors and we have had a lot of work done over the years. Cathleen yells at people and thinks it is ok because in her mind she is doing us a favor rather than the other way around. Finally, when the plans were finally approved by the city, Cathleen sent us an email telling us we had to pick them up ourselves - breaking their contract. Do not bother with this company, they are unresponsive, rude, and unprofessional, especially Cathleen.
