Drove 1 hr and 1/2 to downtown to pick up my mom, checked inside to get an update at 11pm the bonds man had literally just dropped off the paperwork with the Officer at 22:52 (10:52pm). Ridiculous I was told by representative that it would be delivered in 15mins after I submitted docs early afternoon. So here I was waiting. Called North Main and was told "it was probably delayed due to shift change" and "I will call you back, let me call HCSO" and yet no response. The customer service is amazing and you can always reach someone by phone. They made sure I understood what I was signing and what was expected of me. I will never use another bonding company, hopefully because I won't need to post anymore bonds, but if I do I will be calling Godfather's for sure.
