Once all the paperwork is signed-its a pretty fast release process. The only thing I can say I was a little leary about was a contract stating that as a signer on someone's bond, you could be criminally charged if said person missed court. I'm not sure why they have this implicated but I called my trusted lawyer, Mr. Dees, and found it to be a "scare" tactic. They just want to do honest business with honest people. I can respect that.
