They have always provided…read morebeautiful arrangements and great customer service, which is why I continued to trust them with my floral needs. This Mother's Day, I was traveling and unable to go inside the store like I normally do to personally select flowers for my mom. Since the online ordering format had changed and only showed a flyer with price points and descriptions instead of actual arrangement photos, I decided to call in for assistance. Unfortunately, the person who answered my call Saturday morning was extremely rude, condescending, and unpleasant. I was very disappointed, especially after supporting Kuhn's for so many years. To be treated that way during such an important holiday was truly disheartening. Because of that experience, I decided to order from Dinsmore Florist instead. Their website allowed me to see actual photos of the flowers I was ordering, and they delivered my mom's flowers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. They have now gained a new customer. It is very disappointing that after more than 20 years of giving Kuhn's my floral business, one negative and disrespectful interaction has caused me to take my business elsewhere.

I'm based in Atlanta and couldn't be there in person so it was important to me for the arrangement to be beautiful. My friend called me and said she was in tears when she saw the flowers, she said they were beautiful and fresh. She said she noticed them from afar because they were so pretty and walked over to see them up close, she read the card and started crying. She said seeing the flowers meant a lot to her and her Mother. Shout out to Kaitlin and Shane at the Jacksonville Flower Market for making this a seamless order and special shout out to Shane for sending me a photo of the arrangement before it went out to the funeral home. Thank you so much! For reference, I ordered the Blue & White healing tears bouquet in the medium size.

He said they were easy to order online, and hoped they turned out great to brighten up the office and my hotel room. When they arrived, they were a beautifully put together arrangement. I always note care instructions as I want them to remain vibrant for days to fully enjoy. I was sad to see they didn't come with plant food, but still changed the water daily and cut stems to try to preserve them. Sadly, I don't think he'd order from here again as they barely lasted four days (included photos). It could have been a bad batch, but for the price point I'd expect to have them last 5+ days like other florists.

Order was scheduled for Valentine's Day delivery but was not received until the following afternoon. Cheesecakes were melting and chocolate from dipped berries had loss their integrity. There are beautiful, seasonal flowers and lots of interesting gifts and things to look at. It feels like you're walking into a magical land when you walk through the doors. If I had to use one word to describe this place I'd use "unique". The ladies are always kind and helpful and the way they setup for Christmas is absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite things to do is find an interesting ornament for my tree each year. Parking is available in front of the shop but sometimes parking is full. A lot of people don't know that you can just drive into the residential area either a block or two over on Dancy St. And there is usually plenty of parking. I definitely recommend!
