The owner, McLaren is very personable and responsive. The other members of the outfit including Chris, Todd and Ray are diligent and dedicated individuals. Contracts and Change Orders are played out clearly and pricing is competitive. This contractor replaced a front and back deck. The old decks were torn out and removed quickly. Upgrades included an extension, composite decking and aluminum side rails. The construction was done quickly and with minimum disruption. Water damage was uncovered, removed and repaired. Next roof damage was repaired, new tin roofing replaced throughout, roofing upgraded and finished very professionally with vinyl soffit. The finished work looks spectacular and the roof no longer leaks. Next, cedar siding was power washed and re-stained and treated with protestant. The home exterior looks like it did when it was built in the 1980's but with significant upgrades. The bottom line is we are without hesitation to hire Built by Cantrell again as need arises. This construction company is highly recommended, you should give them a try. ​​

These appliances (15" undercounter icemakers) are notoriously unreliable and Benfield truly went above and beyond to stand behind their work. Through no fault of theirs, the parts to repair the maker were expensive and the labor required to do the repairs was also expensive due to the extensive time involved. When problems reappeared, Benfield quickly took more responsibility than I believe any repair vendor would take and saw to it that our home got its icemaker working again.
