You need to go in person to cancel, mail or fax your cancellation. I am pretty sure I am still going to be charged even after I have cancelled. The place is old, dirty with mediocre classes. When signing up she asks you to leave a google review before even going to the gym. How desperate can you get? Its clear shes just trying to get her reviews up after a ton of bad reviews. I am not the only one of my friends that experienced all the same issues. You can't even google review anymore so things have clearly gotten bad. Even with it bring an affordable gym, it is definitely not worth the price. Stay away!!!!!
