Ignorant. Closed lobby then would not take order at drive thru 1:24 in the afternoon. Stood at window to place order and pay. Manager was too busy doing nothing at cash register area. Knocked on window to get her attention. Girl (cook maybe) finally came over and belligerently asked did you place an order. Nicely stated situation. With a stupid look asked again did you place an order. Finally lost patience. Asked what their store number was. Another stupid looked. Store number??!!? I don't know. Worst Krystal location!! Service takes forever even in the drive through. Will be at least a 20 minute wait. Your order will never be 100% correct and they don't care enough to fix it. Every time I order a Krystal Chick the chicken is so over cooked that it is hard, inedible, & almost see through. They also refuse to put pickles on their Krystals unless you specifically ask for them. I've given this place 3 separate chances and they've let me down each time. Clean on the outside, ordered from the drive through and it was TERRIBLY slow......... There were a lot of people working inside but we waited 30mins for our order at minimum. At one point we would have just left if we didn't already pay.....they forgot what our order was....and then we finally received cold food. First and last time here. This Krystal is a good spot to satisfy my craving for those tiny hot square burgers! We find a Krystal anytime we visit Georgia, Tennessee, etc. I prefer mine with cheese, but you can order it without. They offer a variety of other items as well, such as hot dogs aka pups. The soda was great, maybe I was just really thirsty, or maybe because we are close to Coca-Cola? Who knows, but I got a refill! The inside was clean and the cashier was very nice. The order took a little longer than expected and wasn't complete, but she quickly took care of the issue. There is a drive through, as well as a decent amount of parking. It is located in the lot of a strip of stores, along with other fast food options, so watch for traffic! read more

This location really needs to consider closing their doors for good. The wait time at the drive thru and the food is unacceptable. Why should any paying customer be subjected to long wait times with only two vehicles in the drive thru only to get luke warm food. Last night my wife asked me to pick up Krystal Chick sandwiches at the Krystal in villa Rica. When we arrived there were 9 cars in line. Nothing moving. I waited 40 minutes in line! During this time I saw 11 cars pull out of line and go elsewhere. The outside of their drive up window is filthy. This is not the first time we have had this happen here. Word around town is to go to the store in Douglasville 12 miles away. Amazing that just across the street people were zipping through the line at Chik Fil A.... and their prices are higher! Both times the doors have been locked before the designated times on the doors with no explanation, with not a soul in site when looking inside. In the drive thru you're not greeted, instead you're abruptly yelled at with the phrase "it'll be a 20 minute wait." The food is good I've never had a issue with it or items being left out of the bag but the lines can be something awful and super slow too. More often than not I find myself questioning if I should just leave but when I do go to Krystal's it's because I'm craving some Krystal's with cheese. Specials are affordable and quite filling. Without a doubt, this is the most disorganized and apathetic restaurant I have ever gone to. During the pandemic you could never figure out if they were open or not - drive thru or dining in. I would say the standard wait (PER CAR) is anywhere from 7-10 minutes. Every other car has to pull up or park elsewhere because they can't get the order to get ready. I have never seen this place slammed, but the constant and horrendous wait times are simply beyond unacceptable. With the prices going up and the service going down - it is hard to justify eating here. We all know how good and quick Krystal used to be..........Please speed up and hire some motivated managers. We are trying to help you. The Krystal in Carrollton closed down and I would imagine the sorry service caused them to go under as well. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a human being in my life! Lady working tonight was extremely rude for no reason! I simply told the worker that I had an online order and the lady yelled that they were closed when they in fact had another 30 minutes according to the website. my order was taken and money was taken out so I should have received food. When working the drive thru, and the order has more than one drink, ask the driver (especially when he is the only one in the vehicle) if they need a drink carrier. Of you don't and the driver asks for one, please do not develop an attitude and act like you now have to do some major extra work. Also, when a milk shake is ordered with no whip cream, again don't develop an attitude when the customer hands it back and advises that it was ordered without whip cream and it has it. You catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar. Please leave the poor attitude at home. If your job makes you that miserable, find another one. read more

Husband went inside and ordered a pick 5 option. We were in the drive thru and ordered the pick 5 option. Husband paid with his card and got a receipt, shown below. Ours was $8.XX she said. After taking our card and walking around with it and a $20 that magically appeared at another register for 5 minutes, we were given change for a $20 and informed that the cashier paid for our order because she couldn't run our card. (Why given change for money we didn't send in...if the cashier paid for it?) Then we asked for a receipt, took a looooong time for the manager to come reprint a receipt we never got. I flew in from the West Coast and wanted some fast food that is regional (Deep South). So my mouth started watering when I saw the Krystal sign on the highway. I haven't had Krystals in at least 10 years, so I was waiting in anticipation. Ok...so I was the only person in the drive-thru and there were no customers in the restaurant. Hmm...what's going on here, did everyone else get the mssg. I put my order in, 6 Krystals and some boneless wings. I know wings at Krystals...definitely rolling the dice. Here is the scorecard: Service 1* - I was the only customer and was asked to pull up front while they completed my order. I waited 10 minutes and not one customer entered the store or the drive-thru...Why was I waiting out front? I'm still confused. Food - Burgers 2* - Man I forgot how thin these bad boys are....I'm not sure if it was the seasoning or my sobriety, but the flavor was not what I remembered....Not great. I actually left a burger uneaten....Not a good sign. Wings 3*- Actually was the highlight of the meal, I know that is a sad state of affairs. For a frozen processed chicken ball, it was pretty good. Sauce was above average and I ate all of them. So there you have it...2* for Krystal. I wouldn't go out of your way to eat the boneless wings there, but they are of OK quality. This was the worst fast food experience Iv ever witnessed. We pull up to order (No one else in the line) and in the middle of them taking our order they go completely silent and 5 minutes later say hold on a minute. It was 10 minutes later and they never came back on to take our order so we left the line only to look back and see the person that was waiting behind us ordered and went up to the window within seconds with no problem. Employees and manager were horrible and rude. They got my order completely wrong. I ordered two combos and all they gave me was 4 Krystal burgers. When I told them they said that's what you get. So I asked for the store manager and showed my receipt. She called me a fat ass (which I am not I am very athletic) crackers and she doesn't help white people. Oddly enough, the drive thru employee had more courtesy than management!!!! I stopped to get my children's food because they requested Krystals. I placed my order and the gentleman taking it was nice enough to suggest a combo that would get me more bang for my bucks. I'm in the restaurant industry so I'm very thankful for that. The food took long but I didn't get upset because the young lady that passed me the food apologized for the wait.
