Step back in time and enjoy a meal from your childhood. If you go inside the staff are very friendly and take good care of you. The food is fresh and hot. I grew up eating Krystal's and when I was in college it was a must have after drinking at parties. Enjoy the look of a 1960's fast food place. read more

Krystal - Old school charm - Burgers Near Me - Villa Rica, Georgia

The Villa Rica Krystal is always awesome always friendly service my food is always hot and fresh I've never had an issue at this location and I am a years long patron of this restaurant !!!! Great job guys keep bring great !! read more

I ordered a 24pk of Krystal. When I got home with them they all had soggy bottom buns. They were awful

Ignorant. Closed lobby then would not take order at drive thru 1:24 in the afternoon. Stood at window to place order and pay. Manager was too busy doing nothing at cash register area. Knocked on window to get her attention. Girl (cook maybe) finally came over and belligerently asked did you place an order. Nicely stated situation. With a stupid look asked again did you place an order. Finally lost patience. Asked what their store number was. Another stupid looked. Store number??!!? I don't know. Probably a good thing we didn't eat anything she made. Too bad can't give a zero star rating. read more

Had good service. Order was accurate, food was hot, cashier was great, and my food came out quickly. I was thrilled to go to another Krystals since the one in town closed. read more

Worst Krystal location!! Service takes forever even in the drive through. Will be at least a 20 minute wait. Your order will never be 100% correct and they don't care enough to fix it. Every time I order a Krystal Chick the chicken is so over cooked that it is hard, inedible, & almost see through. They also refuse to put pickles on their Krystals unless you specifically ask for them. I've given this place 3 separate chances and they've let me down each time. I will never give this location my business again. read more

Clean on the outside, ordered from the drive through and it was TERRIBLY slow......... There were a lot of people working inside but we waited 30mins for our order at minimum. At one point we would have just left if we didn't already pay.....they forgot what our order was....and then we finally received cold food. First and last time here. I was sad because I really I missed Krystals as we live in an area that doesn't have one. read more

This Krystal is a good spot to satisfy my craving for those tiny hot square burgers! We find a Krystal anytime we visit Georgia, Tennessee, etc. I prefer mine with cheese, but you can order it without. They offer a variety of other items as well, such as hot dogs aka pups. The soda was great, maybe I was just really thirsty, or maybe because we are close to Coca-Cola? Who knows, but I got a refill! The inside was clean and the cashier was very nice. The order took a little longer than expected and wasn't complete, but she quickly took care of the issue. There is a drive through, as well as a decent amount of parking. It is located in the lot of a strip of stores, along with other fast food options, so watch for traffic! read more

Last night my wife asked me to pick up Krystal Chick sandwiches at the Krystal in villa Rica. When we arrived there were 9 cars in line. Nothing moving. I waited 40 minutes in line! During this time I saw 11 cars pull out of line and go elsewhere. The outside of their drive up window is filthy. This is not the first time we have had this happen here. Word around town is to go to the store in Douglasville 12 miles away. Amazing that just across the street people were zipping through the line at Chik Fil A.... and their prices are higher! No wonder they are closing Krystals all over! Don't go there! read more

This location really needs to consider closing their doors for good. The wait time at the drive thru and the food is unacceptable. Why should any paying customer be subjected to long wait times with only two vehicles in the drive thru only to get luke warm food. I now understand why this place look deserted when I pass by. read more

The food is good I've never had a issue with it or items being left out of the bag but the lines can be something awful and super slow too. More often than not I find myself questioning if I should just leave but when I do go to Krystal's it's because I'm craving some Krystal's with cheese. Specials are affordable and quite filling. I just wish the line moved faster. read more

Slow slow line need more help it's called fast food for a reason. You need to get more helpers we sat in line for 30mins that we left

I've went two days in a row now attempting to order a meal at this Krystals. Both times the doors have been locked before the designated times on the doors with no explanation, with not a soul in site when looking inside. In the drive thru you're not greeted, instead you're abruptly yelled at with the phrase "it'll be a 20 minute wait." If I were the franchisee, I would be looking for new employees or considering selling and getting out of the game. read more

The food was not worth what I paid and not only that the customer service was terrible!! Whoever the lady is in the drive threw with the locs needs to be fired her attitude absolutely sucks would not trust her around my food!!!! 0/10 would not recommend going to this location at all !!! read more

So my husband pulled into krystals to get dinner tonight as it's late and well we felt like having the sackful... only to find out now they are closed on Sunday's. But every single site says y'all are open.... hmmmmm something fishy here...maybe the staff stopped coming in. Who knows place was horrible to begin with. read more

Very SLOW service. Staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Several people ended up leaving without food after waiting 15 mins +. Do not go here! read more

While I really enjoy the food here, the service is absolutely terrible.. I have been in line line for half an hour waiting to order in the drive-through. It takes anywhere from 7 to 10 minutes for each car to be able to place their order. How can this happen? They're not really busy on the inside . My time would probably be better served going to Wendy's or Chick-fil-A. read more

Without a doubt, this is the most disorganized and apathetic restaurant I have ever gone to. During the pandemic you could never figure out if they were open or not - drive thru or dining in. I would say the standard wait (PER CAR) is anywhere from 7-10 minutes. Every other car has to pull up or park elsewhere because they can't get the order to get ready. I have never seen this place slammed, but the constant and horrendous wait times are simply beyond unacceptable. With the prices going up and the service going down - it is hard to justify eating here. We all know how good and quick Krystal used to be..........Please speed up and hire some motivated managers. We are trying to help you. The Krystal in Carrollton closed down and I would imagine the sorry service caused them to go under as well. read more

I have never been so disappointed in a human being in my life! Lady working tonight was extremely rude for no reason! I simply told the worker that I had an online order and the lady yelled that they were closed when they in fact had another 30 minutes according to the website. my order was taken and money was taken out so I should have received food. If she was just too lazy to fix the food then she should have just refund me my money and I would have been perfectly fine, but yet again she was rude and walked away. villa rica krystals y'all need to do better on choosing your workers. shame on this piece of trash of a person. i hope you never get treated the way you treated me. read more

Horrible service they're slow and the fries are always cold , they need a whole new crew read more

Krystal - Krystal's - Burgers Near Me - Villa Rica, Georgia

When working the drive thru, and the order has more than one drink, ask the driver (especially when he is the only one in the vehicle) if they need a drink carrier. Of you don't and the driver asks for one, please do not develop an attitude and act like you now have to do some major extra work. Also, when a milk shake is ordered with no whip cream, again don't develop an attitude when the customer hands it back and advises that it was ordered without whip cream and it has it. You catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar. Please leave the poor attitude at home. If your job makes you that miserable, find another one. read more

Husband went inside and ordered a pick 5 option. We were in the drive thru and ordered the pick 5 option. Husband paid with his card and got a receipt, shown below. Ours was $8.XX she said. After taking our card and walking around with it and a $20 that magically appeared at another register for 5 minutes, we were given change for a $20 and informed that the cashier paid for our order because she couldn't run our card. (Why given change for money we didn't send in...if the cashier paid for it?) Then we asked for a receipt, took a looooong time for the manager to come reprint a receipt we never got. And the total was different from the amount we were told and given change for. Long story short, they stole money from us. Watch out! read more

Krystal - Correct ringup - Burgers Near Me - Villa Rica, Georgia

See all

I flew in from the West Coast and wanted some fast food that is regional (Deep South). So my mouth started watering when I saw the Krystal sign on the highway. I haven't had Krystals in at least 10 years, so I was waiting in anticipation. Ok...so I was the only person in the drive-thru and there were no customers in the restaurant. Hmm...what's going on here, did everyone else get the mssg. I put my order in, 6 Krystals and some boneless wings. I know wings at Krystals...definitely rolling the dice. Here is the scorecard: Service 1* - I was the only customer and was asked to pull up front while they completed my order. I waited 10 minutes and not one customer entered the store or the drive-thru...Why was I waiting out front? I'm still confused. Food - Burgers 2* - Man I forgot how thin these bad boys are....I'm not sure if it was the seasoning or my sobriety, but the flavor was not what I remembered....Not great. I actually left a burger uneaten....Not a good sign. Wings 3*- Actually was the highlight of the meal, I know that is a sad state of affairs. For a frozen processed chicken ball, it was pretty good. Sauce was above average and I ate all of them. So there you have it...2* for Krystal. I wouldn't go out of your way to eat the boneless wings there, but they are of OK quality. I can no longer endorse the burgers . read more

Last time I ate at Krystal it was horrible. I couldn't even eat the chili cheese fries. They were so salty they were burning my lips. I love salt I have to salt everything but that was too much. read more

Absolutely awful experience. No one working at front counter but plenty of employees standing around. After 10 minutes, they finally took my order and it took over 10 more minutes to get my food. Ridiculous. read more

This was the worst fast food experience Iv ever witnessed. We pull up to order (No one else in the line) and in the middle of them taking our order they go completely silent and 5 minutes later say hold on a minute. It was 10 minutes later and they never came back on to take our order so we left the line only to look back and see the person that was waiting behind us ordered and went up to the window within seconds with no problem. Will not be going back. read more

I have stopped going to Crystal very much they cost and price it's so hot for a piece of bread and barely any meat or barely any service this is a type of restaurant that I would go to in the future only if there was nothing else around that was open. read more

Worst one I have ever been to. It's been several years since I have been to one and from my memories they were always good. This one had very few customers, slow service. The burgers we're all cold. The cheese was not even warm! Zero stars is what this location needs. Every customer that was in there. 3 to be exact. We're all waiting on something and all had to go back after they had hot their orders and have it corrected. read more

What kinda dem magic be turning burgers little? Got scared when I looked at my burger thought I had grown. Like in one of those Honey I shrunk the kids movies but when they get big. I love that movie but I don't want to live in it. read more

Employees and manager were horrible and rude. They got my order completely wrong. I ordered two combos and all they gave me was 4 Krystal burgers. When I told them they said that's what you get. So I asked for the store manager and showed my receipt. She called me a fat ass (which I am not I am very athletic) crackers and she doesn't help white people. What the hell does race have to do with a fucked up order. They refused to fix it so I left until they have new management and new staff I'm never getting food there again. read more

Absolutely gross! I do enjoy a good Krystal hamburger every once in a while, but, this place is gross! A few days ago, I decided that I wanted a Krystal. . So, I walk in, and omg! The cook was absolutely disgusting looking. .... long greasy hair, not even pulled up, or placed in a hair net! The other employees, literally unorganized, walking around like a deer caught in headlights. The manager was of no help either. The store literally stunk! Needless to say, I did not stay, I immediately walked out..... I wasn't about to put my health in jeopardy! Stay away from this place! read more

The server was rude and uninformed. When I asked who owned the store she not only had little knowledge of the owner, but could not even spell the last name of said owner. The server was impatient and did not wish to help with the questions that I had. I do hope that this is only the night crew. read more

Oddly enough, the drive thru employee had more courtesy than management!!!! I stopped to get my children's food because they requested Krystals. I placed my order and the gentleman taking it was nice enough to suggest a combo that would get me more bang for my bucks. I'm in the restaurant industry so I'm very thankful for that. The food took long but I didn't get upset because the young lady that passed me the food apologized for the wait. I checked the top row of the food and it was correct so I assumed it was good but got home and saw that the bottom had no cheese on them but I paid for cheese. Mistakes happen I get it. I called to speak to management she so rudely picked up the phone DIDN'T APOLOGIZE, NO SYMPATHY to the issue, NO CONCERN, NO REGARD.... just said to me AS LONG AS I GOT MY FOOD AND THE RECEIPT. EXCUSE ME??? I responded that I don't live in Villa Rica, but I would gladly bring her her krystals tomorrow. Then she replied AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A RECEIPT AND MY FOOD THEN I'LL MAKE THEM OVER! Let me teach you something if you all mess up an order take responsibility, take initiative... apologize, show concern offer to make the order again "oh if you don't mind can you bring the receipt for me" Thank the guest and assure accuracy the next time. If this is your usual attitude you will fail as a manager, and the restaurant will fail for keeping you employed. I will never visit this location ever! DO BETTER! YOUR EMPLOYEES COULD TEACH YOU SOMETHING! read more
