They were out in less than an hour (quickest competitor was 1.5 hours) and before they did any work, asked about the money. When I called to let them know about my experience, I was given an earful and not given a chance to speak. When I said that this was not how to deal with customers, that they should at least listen to what they have to say first (what a concept!), I was very rudely hung up on. I have to hire another company to come and re-clean. Stains left throughout. Black gunk left on stairwell (never has happened before.) I have documented photos of the stains left.
