They are located in the Image Studios - once you are in to to the back right corner. They are very friendly and welcoming. They offered me coffee and water- I said yes to the water. They did wash my hair and gave me a nice blowdry - I usually like beach waves with a little height so that when your hair falls, it doesn't just go flat. My hair was a little too flat so the waves really didn't last long. They did ask me if I wanted to buy a package (20% off) but I declined. It is a very pretty studio as well and I wish them luck. I had my hair cut by Rebecca who was extremely polite & professional she asked me as to what I was looking for in style and the length, she proceeded with the hair cut and asked questions as to the look I was trying to obtain which was a plus instead of just sitting and getting a cut the stylist wanted to do, the Shop was very clean & all the employees were extremely polite & inviting, I certainly will return & highly recommend to those that don't just want to settle , certainly worth the try I am satisfied thx Rebecca

I never signed a disclosure or authorization for the salon to keep my card on file and/or charge it again in the future without my knowledge. We booked blowouts for a date a week later. I received the text message to confirm but wrote "cancel" because we were sick with Covid. Without my knowledge OR consent, the salon charged my American Express card $115. the ladies at the salon never told mw they were keeping my card on file. I told the manager Steve to remove my credit card and he said he would not. The ladies who work here were nothing but nice but the manager Steve was absolutely disgusting and so rude. He was degrading on the phone and I will never return to the salon solely due to the way the manager treated me and charged my card for more than one service especially without my consent or knowledge!!! They do have one parking spot for the salon located opposite Publix. So if you can't find a spot next to them, you can park across the street in the Publix shopping center. My hair has never looked this good in all my years and I have been to some fabulous salons in Los Angeles and NYC. She knows color like no one else and the perfect cut for your face. She also does not over cut so that my hair is too short. I have never been this happy with my hair in all my years. She is also a fabulous person and fair on her prices despite the expertise of which she brings forth to the public. I have never been this loyal to hair stylist as I have been to Robyn.
