I look forward to working with her every day. Like a lot of the other reviews mention; I don't even feel like I've been there an hour; it goes by so fast! But the workouts are intense and are set up in a way that I always feel motivated to push myself. (More than I ever have before) I am happy to report that I am signing up for a year membership; as well as their 6 week body transformation that starts in a couple of weeks. (Nutrition based). If you haven't found a gym or program that works for you, I urge you to try TF for a month!

I first learned about Torched on Facebook. I was hesitant to get started but bit the bullet and…read moresigned up for a boot camp. WOW. I have belonged to several gyms over the years and they don't hold a candle to Torched. I went to 24 Hour Fitness for the hours but it didn't stick. I tried Club Fitness for the price but it was really intimidating and I wound up feeling lost and out of place the whole time. I gave up on gym life for a while but eventually was lured to Planet Fitness by their promise of a no judgement zone. Sure, I never felt judged but it also never felt like a gym. It was too easy to talk myself into biking for ten minutes then getting a massage. Eventually I wound up using it pretty much just for the tanning. So fast forward to the beginning of 2018 and I'm the heaviest I've ever been, looking at a rigorous work/school schedule, and trying to have a baby with my husband. I needed a change. So I signed up for Torched and had a sit down with Jeremy, the head dude. We talked about my goals and about where I had failed - nix that - where my gyms had failed me before. I bought his sales pitch and decided to try out the 6 week boot camp because, worst case scenario, it's only six weeks, right? DUDE. I was a little nervous the first day because I've never done this sort of pseudo-cross-fit-circuit-training type of thing before. The trainer, Daniel, was a star, though, and walked me through it step by step. The second day was easier, then the third, until suddenly I realize I'm three weeks in and I'm LOVING IT. I go at 5am and see pretty much the same people every week. I feel like I'm making friends - I look forward to seeing them and working out with a great group of people keeps me motivated to keep pushing forward when I'm tired and want to stop. Everyone I've met has been friendly and kind and motivated to work hard and do better. The trainer in the morning, Emily, is brilliant. I pulled a muscle and hurt my knee (not at the gym!) during the boot camp and she was right there with me during my workouts to make sure that I was taking care of my injuries while still getting the most out of my time. Well, sadly I didn't finish the boot camp, but for good reason. The last week I found out I'm pregnant! I sat down with Jeremy again and we talked it all through. He's super supportive and is dedicated to making sure that I can still have a safe, effective workout throughout my pregnancy. I signed up for a whole year! Never in my life did I ever think that *I* would love going to the gym (mostly because video games are amazing and pizza is like crack). I guess it took finding the right gym.

Sketchy parking lot.my trainer didn't allow sessions to roll over so if you were out of town, you'd have to agree on another time to come in and sometimes it just didn't work out or you came in while he was training 2-3 other ppl. The atmosphere, community, and workouts are all fantastic. There are several options of membership but I'm on the 6 months unlimited classes. Considering I go 5-6 times a week, it is well worth it!! There's a great range of classes for strength training, and my go-tos are TRX, CardioStrong, and Lift. The trainers are great, and with their upcoming move to a new location, more trainers are in the works. This is a women's only gym so you never feel judged or uncomfortable, and since everyone's ages and fitness levels range, everyone is incredibly supportive. People are friendly and will always encourage you! My personal fitness level has drastically improved, with small changes like increased flexibility, to big changes like more energy during workouts and way more strength. This is the best decision I've made in years, and I truly encourage you to check out Dragonfly, you won't regret it!

A very knowledgeable upbeat personable welcoming manager. If it wasn't for her I honestly probably wouldn't bother even going due to the fact I already belong to a gym. She needs to be recognized for her selling expertise her technique is perfect not pushy answers all of your questions makes time to meet you in person being a professional in the medical field these are all qualifications that keep your customers your patience your people to feel important and comfortable! she definitely needs to be noticed and I will make sure I check up to see if she is and if she is not I will have 10 other people I will refer to this gym to speak to her with 10 more five stars for Tasha!! give this woman a raise she goes beyond and above her duties. Having a background general management has taught me the more incentives you give your staff the harder they will work . With that being said she will have your gym at full capacity. Making this company prosper and grow. To keep her around she definitely needs a promotion or a pay raise! Again I will make sure I check to see if anything has come out of this review and I won't stop until something does. I will bring in 10 more people and have 10 more reviews for her good staff is hard to replace she's worth it!

First, I had posted in my neighborhood facebook group and I think 85% of the people who commented recommended this place, and they were doing 7 free classes, so I decided to try it out! I would like to thank John, for not being pushy AT ALL for trying to make me join and immediately made me feel welcomed for my first workout. I even had a member there tell me good job after my workout (it's the little things that count ) It's hard, but so rewarding when you finish the workouts. The workouts make the 55 minutes go by so fast! AND, the membership pricing varies and is very affordable, especially for the experience and level. I can tell it's such a great group of members and trainers and I can't wait to see how much I improve and get STRONGER! Thanks for me neighbors for recommending, I will do the same :)
