He could have replaced the onion rings with something else or not charge me full price for items I did not receive. Sigh. The spicy chicken sandwich was okay, not spicy for my liking and the bun was dense, like a dry biscuit that sticks to the roof of your mouth and you need a beverage to move it around. The brownie was not good, sorry. It was dry and flavorless. Disappointed to say the least but checked them off my list. I understand allergy free food has its problems but the quality should match the price point.

Jaime offered either a complimentary lunch or dinner, or bowl cards that could be used at any location. I chose to return to the Davie restaurant. When I returned, I ordered a bowl with BBQ Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. I also finally got to try the sweet potato noodles that I had originally ordered, and they were very good. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the portion size was generous and filling, easily enough for two meals. Jaime also offered a dessert and a beverage, which I greatly appreciated and enjoyed. While mistakes can happen anywhere, I was impressed by how quickly and professionally the team addressed the issue. Hannah and Jaime went above and beyond to make things right, and the follow-up experience exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding, and it's clear that they genuinely care about their customers' experience. I will definitely be returning.
