This local town pub starts your table off with a bowl of freshly popped popcorn to get that salty fix we all desire before indulging in an ice cold beverage. Their menu includes everything from burgers to seafood specialties. My sister gobbled up their shrimp tacos that were bursting with flavor! As for myself, I devoured their wings, as they came out hot, crisp, and spiced perfectly without having to drench them in sauces. For the first time, I brought my pup with me to enjoy sitting outside - who then proceeded to entertain fellow diners along with their live musician. My Frenchie took pictures with town residents, had a young customer take him for a walk, and even got a selfie with our waitress. Everyone treated him like a celebrity! Casual, extremely friendly, and great tasting food sums up a hometown experience you shouldn't pass up! Keep popping GROVE! Bingo's 1st night-out-on-the-town in Spring Grove received a 5 STAR rating thanks to this pub and grill!

I've gone during the day and at night and I love the environment during both. During the day is when you really get to enjoy that it's on the lake. The outdoor seating is so nice and there's also a large covered bar outside if you need more shade. Waitresses will take your drink orders, but you do have to go inside to order food. They have the order numbers on display outside too though so you can go back to your table and wait instead of standing inside. My seasoned vet friends told me I had to try the kabobs and definitively, I will never not order the kabob when I'm here. Also the shrimp with cocktail sauce are the perfect lake day bite and they'll give those to you as soon as you order. The vibe definitely shifts at night and is a much younger crowd with everyone hanging out upstairs either at the bar or on the dance floor. The DJ always plays good music that you just want to sing along to, but the nights can be hit or miss as far as it being packed or not. Either way it's always fun. Everyone on staff is pretty helpful and they add to the fun. The vibes are just right. Price wise, you may spend $20+ a person for food but it's great quality and sooo good. The drink prices are pretty normal for the area/being on the lake. The last time I went on a Sunday there were some ambassadors that were giving out drink samples too so even if you feel like drinks are pricey, you might catch a break by getting a chance to try a drink or two. Freddie's also owns the Airbnbs next door so you can rent those out and spend the whole weekend out here.

If you want miserable service, show up between 4:45pm and 5:15pm on a Friday during "shift change" of the bartenders at the outside bar (an odd time to change over all the bartenders). Pre 4:45 generally great service at the bar. Post 5:00..hit or miss. Away from the bar outside, totally hit or miss (not because of lack of staffing). Inside, consistently top notch.

It's a seat yourself kinda place with a great vibe of music and location. Bathrooms are clean with cute "nuts" and "no nuts" signs on the door. Fries were lightly coated but definitely of the frozen variety. Beef was on garlic bread which is exactly how I make it at home. I added cheese. Fried cod was crispy and nicely battered. Cole slaw didn't taste fresh made. No bread accompanied the fish fry. Service was very good. She checked on us frequently. Lots of to go orders and by the time we left, every seat was full. Lynn Catherine's is hilariously described as a deli: that's funny stuff. Come here to play some slots and hang. The prices are pretty good, but you wouldn't expect to pay much at a place such as this. After visiting the lake we came here. It's one of the many bars in town, located in the middle of downtown close to a few others. This place doesn't look like much, but has a good amount of indoor seating and there's a patio. Drinks are cheap. It's about $4 for a basic cocktail like whiskey and whatever. Even though the food isn't impressive, it's not like it's bad. It's about $7 for shareables such as the Pretzel Bites. These were a little burnt, but not that bad to be honest. Good place for cheap drinks and food. It's popular with locals but it's a good place for anyone to stop into. There's also events like live music and whatever.
