The store is nice it has a wide selection of products from produce to furniture. The service is better than average, they polite and always smiling. Good place to stop if you are working out of town. If you prefer organic products like myself I would stick with HEB or Costco. However what little they do have in the organic selections will do in a pinch. read more

I go to this Kroger all the time! Never had any problems at all. Last Sunday I was there picking some tortillas for my mom, I just turned 21 in October needless to say I look younger than I am apparently. To the self check out cashier I was some underaged kid trying to buy a bottle of wine. She snatched the bottle of wine & tortillas out of my hand and Rudely accused me of being under aged. I spoke to the manager he did listen to what I was saying but did not seem to care. I won't be back. read more

I love love love this kroger store. It's always cleaned and well stocked. The employees are very friendly and knowledge as to wear items are located in the store. Also there store manger is the best. U can tell he really cares about his employees by the way to speaks to them. This is a review of the pharmacy. Not happy with them. I had two prescriptions transferred through them. The first one was not ready two days later. They said it couldn't be transferred across state lines. Ok. That's fine. But they never let me know this nor did they follow up in any way. She said the pharmacist will call the dr right now. It will be done is 30 min. So I come back 45 min later and it still hasn't been touched. Finally got the bed the next day. I gave them another try with a second transfer. They took all my information again. Insurance and phone number, etc. this time the clerk told me that they were a very high volume store and she just could not do everything at once . Well ok. Lol. So I go back the next day and guess what. This one could be transferred over state lines but still had not been touched. So I will go back this morning and hope for the best. I'm thinking they have had their chance. Probably going to find another pharmacy. It may just be this employee that is the problem. She waited on me both times. read more

So we're at this huge giant krogers in Willis dropping off a rug doctor and the customer service lady was exceptionally nice. We come come back to return it and we watch this younger Hispanic man pulling carts to the next cart place in the parking lot. Only he's going up an incline with a huge amount of carts. Pushing them across flat surface seems tough enough and you have this young man pulling these 75 carts with a rope/leash at the end and up an incline. You as a cooperation and being the biggest Krogers in Texas, can't provide an automatic one? This seems ridiculous, on top of up an incline for crying out loud. If your paying your employees a bigger compensation for doing this extenuating job then that's acceptable, highly doubt that though. C'mon, buy the automatic one. That's probably pennies to your giant store. read more

I live in Longview Tx and visited the Kroger in Willis while on vacation...It surpassed my expectations...Everyone was extremely helpful & courteous ...The inventory is magnificent...Excellent wine stock..They have every & anything you might want..I will visit again... read more

the only problem i have with the willis store is the small area for priduce. Really, who shops for chairs and sofas in a grocery store

Good, clean place to shop for groceries and a little extra. They have household items, furniture and decorations. It is cleaner than the Conroe Walmart, and they usually have most check out lanes opened. read more

Some of the cashiers are pleasant, some are indifferent. The store must have had a hiring spree because you can now find groups of 4 standing around yapping. The shelves are always stocked and you can almost always find what you are looking for. read more

just got off work today an needed to go by krogers to get a few things for cooking on labor day. as i was checking out the cashier would rather text then wait on customers, i tryed every way i could to try to ask a few guestions about looking for a few items that i forgot, but she was to busy texting...all i know is krogers need to go over with this cashier about customer satisfaction. .if did call the store and talk to a manger. he said he was going to take care of it..one thing about it..didn't even ask for my name or #....we will see.... read more

DO NOT GO THROUGH THEIR PHARMACY DRIVE THRU!!! I went up there to get a prescription filled. I gave the pharmacy tech/cashier (or whatever she was) my prescription. This heffer writes all over it with a PURPLE sharpie marker and tells me to come back in FOUR HOURS!!! I told her to give me the prescription back that I will go elsewhere and when I saw she wrote all over it I told her no pharmacy would accept this. She said yes they will. I gave her the prescription back and told her to fill it here, and asked if she could ask the manager if it could be filled in 30 minutes. She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed, then came back and said 45 minutes. Ok, SO 45 minute later I go through the Pharmacy Drive Thru again and a guy said "Oh your prescription got mixed up with someone with the same last name, hold on." 24 Minutes later I finally get my prescription. As I'm driving away I see that fat heffer walking down the sidewalk sippin on a super large milkshake. SMDH WORST PHARMACY EVER....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE RUDE!!!!!
