Mind you he had his mask off for awhile as I observed from outside while we waited for our HR rep. There was not a soul in the store, nor was it right to treat a customer like this. If you call for service they say that they will take care of it, but nothing ever happens. They said they were going to order a new machine for us, but the next time I asked about it I was told they had ordered parts for the junk one we have. WE REQUESTED THAT THE MACHINE BE PICKED UP MORE THAN ONCE, BUT IT IS STILL SITTING HERE EMPTY LEAKING ALL OVER THE PATIO. STORMY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN WE CALL. WE LEAVE MESSAGES TO NO AVAIL. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!
