I live near this Kroger so I do shop here often, but it is definitely not my favorite Kroger. The…read moresupplies are limited and they are often out of my favorite products. The employees are pleasant enough and like I said it's convenient because it's close by. Since the Rite Aid's have all shut down, I have been coming to the Kroger pharmacy for many of my prescriptions, and I must say I really like their pharmacy department. They are very informative, polite, expedient, and convenient.

The store is clean, organized and the staff that I've encountered is always friendly. Self check-out employees are are super friendly also. This location has recently added 6 more self check lanes. I've never had a long wait checking out, not even on the weekends but now the small wait is even less with more lanes added. What I love most about this location is the many managers special sections. I've scored so many amazing mark down it's truly like hitting the grocery lottery! Check out my pictures for all the fabulous finds. My favorite discount was when I found 4oz of smoked salmon pastrami for only $1.99! This stuff is regular price $8.49 and I got it for under $2! Yes, I cleared the cooler and bought all 4 packages they had. This location is awesome for some deep discounts. For that reason, along with the friendly employees and quick checkout, I'll continue to come here weekly, if not more. I'd like to shout out to the meat guys Dale and Robert. They are super welcoming and always make it a point to say HI and ask me how I'm doing. Dale especially is awesome! I appreciate these 2 great employees! Definitely recommend this Kroger's and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

I attended this year's Sunflower Festival and could not believe a ticket just to get in was $14 and did not include sunflowers! The $14 fee is to walk through several rows of vendors selling things you get to see for free at plenty of local farmers' markets and fall festivals. You need to pay extra to pick sunflowers. I didn't buy it but I think the slushie with whipped cream topped with a donut was around $12, which is absolutely nuts. None of the drinks here are that large. Some years ago I went to the haunted house. I remember that the haunted house didn't take too long to walk through. It's always fun to go to pretty much any cider mill in the state in the fall, Blake's is no exception. My point is that there are many other more authentic less commercialized cider mills in the area that are worth visiting and where you get more bang for your buck.

We even grabbed a homemade pie to take home, which was the perfect way to wrap up the afternoon. Of course, we couldn't resist having cider and donuts on-site. There's plenty of outdoor seating, so it was an ideal place to enjoy the sunshine and take in the farm views. Everything tasted amazing, including the crisp, juicy apples we brought home. What really surprised me were the beautiful vegetable patches near the orchards. You can pick your own produce straight from the field. Entry is just $1 per car for a bag, and the prices are super reasonable: $40 for a full bag of apples and $30 for veggies. Honestly, it felt like a steal for fresh, organic produce. I walked away with bags full of farm-fresh goodness for less than what I'd spend at the grocery store. The produce I bought were cauliflower, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and eggplants. We had such a great time that I'm already planning our next trip back next year!

Took my parents here recently on a Tuesday afternoon for apply picking and we had such a a great time. You buy your tickets at the front. The staff are always friendly, they kindly explain all the prices and any other questions that we have. We were told where to wait for the ride/tractor to the apple field. Didn't take long at all! The driver that day was the sweetest lady! She was informative and told us which apple was her favorite and what to look out for. Going to any orchard can be pricey but Westview is worth it! They keep this place tidy and fun for all visitors.. already made plans with a few other friends so I'll will be back in a few days (they also have best cornmaze btw). Highly recommend Westview!

The playground was cute for them, I liked the basketball hoop and the underground tubes they could crawl through. They had a chance to feed the animals, but I did not get much time over there this time. They loved the very large slide. There is a hay bale for the kids to jump around, but the images online look like it might be several tiers, but on this day it was only two and the kids told me there were a lot of hole. The tractor ride was fun. Since it is summer, I did not see anything to pick yet, but it looked like they will have a bunch for fruits and vegetables in the fall. There is a large area for the kids to have lunch, some of it was covered. I did not have a chance to check out the store, wine section, or anything outside the kid area. I did not try any cider, but we had cinnamon sugar donuts. I only had one bite and gave the rest to my child, but it was very delicious and fairly large. It tasted nice and fresh. I wonder if the donuts are this large in the fall. There was an outdoor concession stand. They sold drinks and treats, the turnovers looked delicious. My child got a cider/ blue raspberry slush, it was a very hot day so it was good they sold them. I liked that they had real bathrooms with running water. But I wish they had a better water filling station for the kids. They were getting very hot and the only places to fill their water was the bathroom sink or next to the animals and they were not excited about either of those options. Plus, the kids were very little, so they did not have money from home to buy cold waters. The people working here seemed nice and seemed to have experience with fieldtrips with little kids. I am not sure if I will come back and bring the rest of my family, but if I do, it would be on a weekend in the Fall to check out the rest of their offerings.
