I found those, as well as a bounty of excellent looking produce and one of the largest collections of local goods and groceries I've seen. A clerk pointed me to their local chocolates and candies section, and I was able to get some bourbon balls and modjeskas -- dark chocolate modjeskas, in fact, a first for me. And during my short trip, I noticed several local brands represented, as well as great options for pre-made meals. I feel like Paul's would also be fun to shop at for a party. You could find lots of dips and other party foods to show off. A few years ago I also ordered some fruit baskets here for my kid's teachers. They were a hit, and it was nice to know that our class' money was going to a local business. I will definitely be back here!

While there I spotted several things I'd like to try, from drinks and protein snacks to pizzas and fresh fruit. Even a search through medicines and makeup was fun. We snagged a couple of drinks and jarred pickles as well as a cherry pie smoothie from the blossom bar. Friendly service. Plenty of parking lot spaces. I'd love to spend time here exploring more things and learning about customer favorites.

Asked for assistance...here to help was the "Academy Trainer" said something about how annoying the self service machines were and they need to be fixed. "Academy Trainer" call Walmart...they don't listen to us. I then called Walmart customer service (another nightmare experience) who said they would contact the store manager....what???? I may be wrong but I don't think the store manager can fix the technology problem, but I do hope the store manager talks to "Academy Trainer" who needs to understand bad mouthing your employer is not acceptable. "Academy Trainer" should know better.

I returned an item to another store that issued a refund credit. I was told it would be issued to…read moremy bank card. Instead it was placed on my online account on a refund credit. When I came into this store to use that credit (my money). First the cashier said they did not know how, see the customer service desk. Both clerks there said they don't know how. They called a manager who not only did not know how but suggested they weren't required to know how because it wasn't their store that issued the credit. I called her on that statement. She went and got a different cashier who tried very hard to find a solution, unsuccessfully. They called another manager, who also tried and failed. The final suggestion was to go home and place the order online for next day pickup. I did so, waited at the pickup area for 10 minutes after using the website to report my parking space. Only to see I was charge a $7.99 fee for using the pickup service! I hold corporate, through the store managers, for implementing a process without training staff! Update: The day after writing this, I get a call from an aggressive, accusatory team leader telling me, loudly, I did not get charged for the pickup! She said there is never a charge for using pickup. I told her it was no surprise to hear that yet another member of staff at this store is completely unaware of Walmart policies.
