I'm switching to Kroger for my next grocery lists. The past six or seven orders I've had, it's been the same story. I choose the option for no plastic bags and bring my own reusable bags. Well, no matter, I get plastic bags anyway. They throw stuff over top of my reusable bags and trample them. Put bread under heavy items to get crushed. Same with vegetables. My most recent order is the worst it's ever been. Apples bruised and ruined, cucumbers half crushed and ruined, multiple items torn open. Container of cheese with the lid off. I'm writing this complaint here because I've already complained directly to the store and nothing has changed. I'm not exaggerating even a little bit. I haven't asked for refunds or anything, I just want to be shown respect. They are messing with my food. I've left so angry every time, and I'm absolutely getting my money back this time for this bull crap.
