Yes, I said aisle, because this place doesn't play -- sacks of rice like it's harvest season every day. Then we spotted all the childhood favorites my kids basically grew up on: Knorr Liquid Seasoning, Chiz Curls, Mama Sita's everything, and sinigang mix for days and dried mangoes. They've got all the lumpia wrappers you could want -- thin ones, thick ones, different sizes, and even magical ones that don't tear when you roll them. Okay -- heads up: there is a bit of an odd smell in the store. Not bad, just... unmistakably "Asian grocery store" vibes. But honestly? I barely notice it anymore because I'm too busy living my best life in the snack aisle. For a Pinay mom raising half-Filipino, full-time hungry kids in West Virginia, this place is a legit blessing. The employee said everything made daily and fresh.. I also purchased some fresh produce some Cotton Candy Grapes about 1lb of those delicious little green globes. Total was $10.49 with taxes. The reason I am giving it a lower mark in the star scale is that within 2 hrs of eating the fresh Egg Salad I was so sick and I had to cancel my afternoon apt and visit the doctor. I don't know if I'd make the trek down here just for this, but we were already in Chilly and zipped down. Worth it from there, plus they set up in Chillicothe one day a week I think. It's a yellow tent alongside 23. Parking for a dozen or so cars. We got there 10 minutes before opening and there were already a bunch of people there, with one or two spaces open, so we slid in. Super friendly staff. Loads of fresh veggies, beautiful stuff. Currently corn, tomatoes, cukes, zukes, etc. We got several dozen ears of corn. Had some for supper- good looking, good tasting . The rest will be gone tomorrow. They had a few other things like Two Roasting Joes coffee (bags and cold bottles,) jam, honeycomb candles, cookies, etc. We were just there for the corn, on its first day of the season. Yum.
