The employee said everything made daily and fresh.. I also purchased some fresh produce some Cotton Candy Grapes about 1lb of those delicious little green globes. Total was $10.49 with taxes. The reason I am giving it a lower mark in the star scale is that within 2 hrs of eating the fresh Egg Salad I was so sick and I had to cancel my afternoon apt and visit the doctor. My (ex-meat cutter) husband tells me that it's all about the marbling in a steak. Since he's the one at the point of purchase, if his choices are not A+, he could have walked away. Still, that said, we've found Dave's to provide the best in steaks in the Jackson / Wellston area. The ground beef is also top-notch. So, if you're frustrated by the lack of quality in beef you'll find at Kroger, you should give Dave's a try.
