LoL - you asking me to post a review when I shared this 24 hours ago - saw the review on here not too long ago but here we go . . . I didn't give Kroger off Coliseum Blvd in Fort Wayne, Indiana, nor the West State Kroger high ratings because of the fact that the cashiers they manage to hire in the past couple of years or more have been coupon thieves - as a valued customer, Kroger sends great coupons, one of which is for $20 if you spend $200 or more, which is easy to do when you're purchasing food and supplies for pets on an ongoing basis and a customer for 20 years or more - the fact that you can't read your receipt while in the store is due to the fact that Kroger cashiers never change the ink on their registers where the receipts can be read without a spotlight on them. I do think that Kroger stores have excellent products and their employees of many years are loyal; however, from the present generation all you get are thieves who not only don't remember to put all products purchased into your cart, but also the thievery of loyal customers' coupons is ongoing. I have reported this on X-Twitter many times, but that site is now closed; plus you don't get any responses from online Kroger at Facebook. You try to resolve this with the resolution clerks or managers and it's impossible, which makes me wonder if Kroger isn't set up in some way to retrieve these coupons just as the price gouging that is ongoing and now they've added to the business, 'photo recognition' - WHY when if Kroger would do more research, the thievery is most likely from their employees NOT THEIR CUSTOMERS IMO - they often have guards who are seen horsing around while on their job checking your receipts when leaving and this is often after you've already paid and groceries often bagged by a RESOLUTION CLERK - THIS DOES NOT MAKE SENSE WHATSOEVER, SO WHAT THE HEY IS KROGER UP TO? ARE MANY OF THE FORT WAYNE KROGER STORES SET UP TO SCAM? Is the answer to all this nonsense to move on to Aldi's as it appears that the other Kroger stores that I've tested are the same "cashiers & coupon theft." read more

Went to Murray, KY store today. Sign for Cosmic Crisp apples marked $1.49/#. Bin was empty. Asked Kroger team member to check stock. He came out with huge carton of Cosmic Crisp apples. Told the cashier that the apples cost $1.49/#. Got home and after looking at my receipt I saw that I was charged $1.99/#. Also Challenge butter was advertised @$3.99/#. Shelf was empty. read more

Things are constantly out stock or prices aren't marked correctly. Store is very disheveled and when you see workers most are sitting around gossiping or on their phones aside from a select few that actually do their jobs. read more

Out off all the Kroger I've been to since moving to Kentucky, this is the best one. The organic aisle is large and this is the only one I've found in the area that has bulk items. I like to get bulk nuts and spices and candies , dried fruits and here they have a huge selection. We drive an hour just to shop at this Kroger each week. read more

I love going here! As a college student, I was worried that it may be a bit expensive due to the primarily organic foods that Kroger stocks. But as a rewards member, I get coupons and other deals that make it affordable! I can buy healthy food at a low cost, which is definitely great! Also, I would like to give shoutouts to two particular employees: Jay in the deli, who always has a smile on his face and is extremely helpful; and Tess in the pharmacy, who genuinely cares about her customers and is really kind to everyone who crosses her path! read more

The cashiers and the managers are very very rude and not helpful at all I experienced that today and it was very uncomfortable and very rude and I know that it can be done the process that was supposed to been done but they refused to do it read more

Awesome little Kroger for Murray. Ordered some party platters and they had them done right at 12pm like asked.

"Kroger" was pretty much synonymous with "grocery store" in my Michigan hometown. Looking back, it's amazing -- or amaizing -- that we Wolverines allowed a company from the Buckeye state to control our food supply. But we controlled the supply of cars and trucks, so I guess the threat of mutual destruction kept us honest and fair with one another. Based as it is in Cincinnati, I shouldn't be surprised to find a store in western Kentucky, but I still am. If you don't count Walmart, this one appears to be the closest real grocery to the Murray State campus. It's a good place to get fruits and veggies, but, ironically, I'm not impressed with the salad bar. But you can't expect Buckeyes to know much about salad: they're just nuts. read more

I'm looking for a frozen bread dough (Bridgford) to accomplish a long held tradition on Christmas morning. After 4 1/2 minutes of ringing the phone was answered. He said no one could go look because they were too busy. I commented that if you're in the store you're a more important customer than one calling on the phone. And in addition, the Kroger site said that even though it's usually busy , the line was red, said "live" and store was less busy than usual. You can judge if this is good customer service or if I'm overreacting. read more

There's one particular employee named ally, she's so sweet, and kind and helpful, and honestly, she's the only reason I still shop at Kroger. Literally the only reason. The store itself isn't bad, they only have one manned lane at max open at any given time, most lanes are self check out if you don't want to wait 10-20min to check out during the rush. Customer service from my experience has been pretty good, when you can find employees. Very easy to navigate as well. O and the soy sauce is in the Asian food section not in the section with the condiments and marinades and other sauces. Just a heads up. read more

Not sure what happened to my last review but thats OK ill post it again. I was a vendor inside the store and I have had to bring my kids in with me due to lack of a babysitter and I have no family in the state. I generally spent about 30 minutes stocking and I was done. So about 20 minutes in this awful "women" with the worst attitude, a manager, comes about 10 feet from me and starts tells me to remove my kids because they can't be in the store while I'm stocking, mind you ive brought my kids 100000 times since I started the job with no problem, but I told her no I bring them all the time they aren't causing any problems they arent being loud so I don't see the problem. She tells me to remove them and leave or she was calling the cops. There was absolutely no reason for her to act that way or have such an attitude. She was so ugly a customer whom overhesrd her yelling at us apologized for her and told me I was doing a great job.my 5 year old started crying worrying about me going to jail. It was insanelu unprofessional. So I vontacted cooperate and they have been just as useless as the manager. The manager had be banned from the store for absolutely no reason. Even if I wasn't banned I wouldn't seot in this kroger again. Worst staff ever with the exception of a few very sweet people. They have been a disgusting store since before covid and they are now blaming covid for there lack of cleaning or attempts. I will continue to post and blast this store until they start caring about the people that walk in there. read more

Ok look, I understand it was a few minutes before closing. It's a holiday night. You probably are ready to get home to see your family. These are not reasons to be out right cold hearted. I hope the closing cashier that refused us service see's this. Yes the ATF has laws set in place to prevent minors from purchasing alcohol and for good reasons. But me and my fiance are not under the legal age to purchase anything that the USA requires photo government identification for. We are obviously old enough and already in a hurry as to get out of the store considering the time and the holiday. Not only were we rushing to beat the clock but with the employee wanting to be out just as much in mind. It's a common courtesy we typically receive good attitudes and response with this mind sent. Lady I know enough of state laws and crap from working retail myself. If you had the decency to remember people do have their own stuff to deal with and if you knew just half of the day my girl has gone through on MOTHER'S DAY of all days!!!! You would have bought the bottle of wine for her instead of refusing service because she didn't have her ID. Only because i didn't have OUR MONEY in MY POCKET with MY ID you wouldn't sell me the wine. Yet we are on the same EBT account, but the card only shows her name. You allowed OUR EBT card to be used as currency without knowing any of this. But because you see money come from one hand to another it means we are doing something illegal or wrong. I know what the law states. I also know every store in the friggin would let's some things slide to avoid asking for ID. Walmart registers are programed to ask if tobacco customers look to be over the age 40. I know I don't look like that but they accept my business by pushing that yes button anyways a lot of days. Lady you aren't gonna lose your job due to sale of alcohol to a mother who has had the worst mother's day of her life because she didn't have her ID showing her to be 30 years of age but I did that shows I'm 26. Your going to lose your job due to your poor attitude as a human and general poor customer service. I hope you work every mother's day till your fired or quit. Will never give the courtesy of decency to you again if we meet again. It will actually be the hardest time closing the store you've ever had and I'll be laughing the entire time till satisfied that your night became as miserable as my future wife spent all of Mother's Day because of circumstances that are out of her control. Went to buy cooking wine, and was told I had to be 21 to purchase because it has alcohol content in it. What about isopropyl alcohol then? It has a much higher alcohol content, yet you don't need an ID to purchase that. They don't ID you at Walmart for cooking wine. You can also order it on their website or amazon or wherever else with no ID. Huge inconvenience because I needed red cooking wine that day for a french onion soup, and this Kroger is the only place around that carries it. Came back with someone over 21 so I could get my cooking wine, and they would not sell to us, woman said she had to ID us both. I had to go buy Sherry cooking wine from Walmart. read more

Kroger in Murray is the best place to shop between Jackson, TN and Paducah, because they have the largest bakery/deli and Seafood, even fresh seafood! If I want a salmon filet, I drive 35 miles to the Murray Kroger to get it. read more

This store has the best selection of organic produce and groceries in the area. Great staff. Always pleasant.

Been shopping at Kroger for 24 years. I go to a few other places for minor things, but it's almost always Kroger for me. Great meat and produce. Most of their store brands are great, too. I even have my shopping list arranged in the order of the aisles! read more

I have been a loyal Kroger shopper for years and I do love the one here in Murray, HOWEVER, I am only giving it 2 stars because not only have they stopped doubling coupons, they now have stopped taking computer generated coupons! In this time when it is so hard on families to pay for food, meds and living expenses, it would seem they are trying to make it harder on working families. Shame on you Kroger! read more

Kroger, while a bit more expensive than Walmart across the street, has far better products. (Especially their meats!) Their produce is consistently fresh and their atmosphere is clean. They have quite a large selection of goods to chose from as well. read more
