Recommending this grocery store because it's the only option we currently have in Hebron. If the store were properly staffed, I would rate it higher. They do provide 1st time/ part-time job opportunities to the not only the local Conner school district students, but to the community as well. Very clean kept, which being a grocery store, that's obviously a good thing. Checked out with very full cart of groceries. Pretty much all lanes that had cashiers was open. Checked out with Will who was very nice, part that irritated me was I had a lot of groceries and will was bagging and scanning. Meanwhile lane right next to us was open and empty with 3 kids standing there, 2 baggers, and not 1 bagger offered to help. He was too busy on his phone. Almost done and my cashier asks for help since I also moved from bagging my groceries. So moral here is stay off your phone Landon. read more

I like this Kroger in Hebron. A lot of shopping space and it's not crowded at all. There's plenty of self checkouts open, I also observed there were plenty of cash registers open during the time I was there even if it's not too crowded. The shelves seemed well stocked and organized, it's easy to navigate around the store because the aisle seemed wider (I think). I love the produce area, it has a bigger selections of organic products with simple truth among them. I don't have to worry about a bagger this time since I used the self checkout this time. read more

Because of how I look I get constantly treated like a thief here, "SECURITY SECURITY" over the intercom when I clothes shop for my daughter, and have their employees watch and follow me around the store. They even go out of their way to make it obvious. It's truly shameless how they insult. All this despite the fact that I've been dropping between $600 and $800 a month here for years. Watch your prices they will over charge you and act like nothing is wrong. Most employees are very rude and talk down to you once you point out the issue. Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Long lines, again mispriced drugs and horrible people to deal with. Also running out of most sale items. I will start going to the Union Kroger or even the Florence store, these are stores that are well run by competent managers that know the only reason they are their is for good customer service! read more

If something is on sale you can forget about seeing it until the sale is over. Whoever does the ordering/inventory in this store SUCKS because there are certain things that I need because I'm on a limited diet and often they go on sale so I have to go without. This review is specific to the Deli and level of customer service. On Sunday morning at 7:30am I did not realize the deli has hours. Especially since Birdie was behind the counter, I thought working. I stood there patiently waiting until she finally decided to acknowledge me and in not a pleasant tone informed me they did not open until 8am. Not only did I feel stupid but that she was irritated by my mistake. There is something around the deli department that is just not friendly. I dread stopping for the long wait and the unhappy service. My family usually divides and one unlucky member has to deal with the deli. And what happened to the ordering machines at the doorways? That made getting deli meats at least tolerable. read more

This is one of the Kroger Marketplace stores that's leveraging Kroger's buyout of the Fred Meyer chain from the west coast. Beyond the typical pharmacy, photo, banking and Starbucks one seems to find at all grocery stores now, there's a jewelers and home furnishings department Given that Kroger was founded and based in Cincinnati Kroger is always likely to be the dominant chain. I have to drive by at least one Kroger to get to any other store. This store is large and sometimes that is a disincentive to go there. I find it clean and generally well-stocked, and the employees are typically helpful. What sets this apart from any other Kroger is the large ethnic food section and a pretty good seafood section. I tend to avoid it unless I have the time to spend navigating the expansive space. Most of the time, I opt for a smaller Kroger that's actually a bit closer. Oh, one more positive about this Kroger: it has a gas station, and the frequent shopper thing means we get the occassional $.10 off. It's probably the best grocery store in this part of Northern KY, but in the end it's just a big grocery store. read more

This store has become a joke. The continue to stop carrying items and when asked why all you get is blame it on corporate. This response comes from mgmt as well as line level employees. Really sad now that Kroger is our only choice they continue to ignore customer needs. Really wish I could buy groceries somewhere else. read more

I have been shopping at the Hebron Kroger since it opened. I've always loved this location. I never write bad reviews. The clicklist team overall is amazing (at least the people I have had). Their systems are always down, and they are always out of stock. This is a management issue, and they do nothing about it. The Hebron management team loves to stand in your way in a group to have their meetings while you shop. They don't get out of the way. This isn't just Hebron, it's Kroger as a whole. Since Covid, it has been out of stock, dirty, and barely carries anything. I picked up my Clicklist today to make a desert for my mom's birthday. I had all the ingredients mixed and realized something seemed off. The smell wasn't normal - that's because the yogurt expired last month!! The yogurt that I received in my clicklist order today, expired last month. $30 later, I had to throw it all away because it was mixed in with the rest of the ingredients. I called the store, and the woman who answered was less than friendly about it. I can't wait for the Publix to come to the area!!!! read more

I'm with the other reviewer who mentioned weird employees. From the lady at the deli who asked, "is that a meat or a cheese?" when I requested a 1/2 lb. of Braunsweiger and then took FOREVER to get my 3 orders together, to the goth kid that spooked my toddler bagging our groceries. Look, he was really nice and I used to date boys just like him in 1988 but the Marilyn Manson look is difficult to pull off at a surburban Hebron Kroger. Overall, this store is fine--I find the lighting to be somewhat darker--near the deli area than other Marketplace stores. I might be totally whacked, but the two times I've been here, I've noticed a discernable difference compared to the Newport, Walton and Ft. Mitchell Marketplace stores. I would definitely only shop this location if I was out this way...which is just on occasion. read more

Went in for Deli department store closed at 9pm was informed by deli they closed at 8:30 pm in a not so friendly way. Also a lady who now works customer service counter who use to be just an cashier she needs attitude adjustment always rude whenever I come in I wished I knew her name she is short blond/brown hair use to work mostly self check out lanes why would you give a upper position to someone so rude?! Despite the fact that other grocery stores are closer to my house, I prefer this Kroger. Their meat selection is very good. I like that they have more organic and ethnic options than other stores so I don't have to haul my butt to Whole Foods 30 minutes away. There is ample parking. It's close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It seems newer inside than other Krogers I've been to. It's a nice place to shop. read more

I love this store... the only downside is the employees.. they have some weird ones... and good lord make sure you don't accidently go into the Express Lane they will yell at you immediately... and they can't bag to save their own lives... but if you just buy your food, get your savings and leave... your fine... little re-training for the associates and it would be a perfect 5 stars read more

Since I live less than a mile away I am in this Kroger multiple times a week. If you have been in a Kroger Marketplace then you know what to expect. If not - it's krogers attempt at a one stop shop: Photo, Jewelry Store, Bakery, Deli, Butcher, Starbucks, Home goods and furniture, Pharmacy, Gas and more. It is a large store but can be navigated quickly if you are familiar with it. The shelves are well stocked, employees are generally friendly and the store is clean. The rewards at the pump make it worth shopping here along with the convenience of getting most of what we need regularly so close to home. What can I say, as far as grocery stores in Hebron go, I'm a fan. read more

This store is horrible and the management just does not care at all. In the past year the store has turned ugly. The store has been remodeled, so most items are difficult to find. Try to find an employee to help and that doesn't go well. This store has such high turnover and most of the young new employees like to ignore. Today I purchased over $250 worth of food and no bag person ever came around to help bag the food. They just stood around talking with each other and management does nothing. I even greeted the cashier Jared, the customer greeting the employee (what a funny thought). I thought well maybe he is new and just trying to focus, but what excuse do the kids who bag the groceries have? This Kroger is a poor excuse of a store. read more

Kroger (Hebron) is starting to look more like Walmart or a desolate discount store each trip........especially shopping between 8-9 pm, the only open check out lanes are self scan, which doesn't work well with several items requiring weights etc. I'm not difficult to please but this isn't acceptable. If I wanted to bag and load all of my items I would go to Walmart- there is a reason I avoid places with notoriously horrible service/ lack of employees. Shopping w/ small children after running kids around to practices and working all day, the last thing anyone needs is an annoying- self service experience at full service pricing. Is Kroger in that much of a financial bind it can't afford to have a cashier or bagger in the evening, while the manager sets back and watches the lines pile up?
